Rymligt rum med balkong. Bekväma sängar gammal modig inredning. I restaurangen endast fast meny maten bra med lite massutspisningskaraktär. Alla fick mat samtligt fast inte fördrinken var uppstucken. Fick påminna om beställt vin som kom efter förrätten och mitt i huvudrätten. Personalen vänlig

Preis/Leistung war ok

Unfortunately had to complain on arrival about the room , was in the 5th floor ,. could not use the balcony as it was full of roosting.pigeons and covered in poo . We after much discussion given another room No tea or coffee facilities in room and paper drinking cups only.no wine glasses. No tissues in room . Thin towels. The receptionist was lacking in hospitality training, would have loved to see a smile The only good thing was the breakfast.

Etwas alt alles und dass das Personal vor unserem Zimmer am Rauchen war und dadurch ein Lüften unmöglich war ist eigentlich ein No-Go.

Pour profiter de la piscine il fallait prévoir ses propres peignoir serviette et chaussures. Aucune information dans le mail de confirmation. Nous avons dû louer peignoir 10€ par personne et serviette 5€ par personne. Le peignoir homme était déchiré et complètement délavé. Pas a la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles .

Concernant le message surtout le lit vite fait, présentation à revoir. On a eu une fuite d'un tuyau dans les toilettes... L'hôtel manque de travaux

The first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the second room had spider webs throughout and the lamps had burned out bulbs throughout the room. The pictures on Expedia did not portray the room correctly. The room and bathroom was very old. Additionally, the breakfast was not appetizing. My family and I only stayed two nights. My wife wanted to leave immediately unfortunately we would have forfeited $700 so we stayed and endured the sorry accommodations. Never would recommend this facility.

Room was super clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was nice and hotel is in small vine village where you can taste lots of vines from yards.

Freundliches Personal, sauberes aber einfache Zimmer, Für das Früstück gibt es aber keine Sterne. In Deutschland verstehen wir halt etwas anderes was frühstücken angeht. Lieblos präsentiert und nichts frisches. Also ohne Frühstück buchen.

Nice hotel in a good location with a lovely spa area. However, we weren’t informed that the restaurant needed to be booked in advance, and it was fully booked for all three days of our stay — quite inconvenient since the town has limited dining options.

Praktische Unterkunft, umfangreiches Frühstück, Schwimmbad, Sanitärräume veraltet.

Toilete wasn’t clean

À great place to stay on the way down to Italy. Nice set dinner menu, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast.
