매우 좋아요 깨끗하고 에어컨도 있고 근데 엘베가 없어서 너무 힘들었엉요

로컬 호텔로 이만하면 만족스러웠습니다. 위치가 기차역과 완전 가까워서 이것도 괜찮았어요. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 방으로 올라가야 한다는 점이 조금 힘들었습니다.

The location near the central train station is one of the best reasons to stay here. Also, the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, and I guess this is an Italian thing, but it was excellent. Coffee is always great, food choices are the standard fair when in Italy. Very fresh. Our only complaint was we were on the first floor near the buffet prep station. It was a loud wake up call each morning. Of course the first morning we did not notice as we were up before dawn, getting acclimated to the time change. Last complaint was the impossible small shower. I’m not a large man, but I could barely move without turning off the water or worse changing the temperature. Oh well it’s an Italian thing I guess. Overall a good hotel, stay on floor 2 or higher. Hard to beat the price we paid.

Hotel location is convenient, room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were efficient and friendly. Room was comfortable but dark ; shower is extremely small.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Public areas had nice character. However, the room (111 given) was quite disappointing for me as was not what I expected based on Expedia room information and especially photos.

Excelente atención del personal... Solo que estaría bien que revisaran la secadora ya que tiene mucha pelusa y no sale bien el aire... Además hay detalles, en el clóset se cayó de repente la cortina.

l'unica cosa davvero piacevole era la posizione per il resto tutto molto deludente. Il personale all'arrivo e ogni giorno faceva molta fatica a salutare, la colazione scarsa e deludente per un 3 stelle (era dalle 7.30 alle 10 ma alle 9 tutto era finito). La stanza rumorosa perchè essendo una zona universitaria il rumore era fino a notte fonda forse una insonorizzazione avrebbe aiutato perchè dormire era impossibile. Il bagno aveva lo scarico rotto per non parlare della doccia piccola scomoda e senza un doccino staccato quindi quando ho aperto l'acqua è arrivata una scarica di acqua bollente che mi ha ustionato il seno. Ótimo hotel ,localização perfeita , próximo a estação é fácil acesso ao centro histórico é Porto antigo . Único porém , é que não tem elevador , é os funcionários não auxiliam com as malas . Cafe da manhã muito bom

We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout.

El hotel es un viejo hotel renovado con muchos detalles antiguos bien preservados, pero requiere algunas mejoras en el mantenimiento. Hay varias paredes con rayones y despintadas, la cabecera de la cama manchada. alfombras sucias. Creo que desde que se renovó se le hizo poco o nada. El desayuno muy bueno y la ubicación cerca de la estación del tren muy conveniente.

Hotel was really clean and tidy and ideally located to explore the delights of Genoa. Plenty of facilities nearby. Breakfast is worth it and there is something for everyone. Ask for milk for the room for your coffee!
