매우 좋아요 깨끗하고 에어컨도 있고 근데 엘베가 없어서 너무 힘들었엉요

로컬 호텔로 이만하면 만족스러웠습니다. 위치가 기차역과 완전 가까워서 이것도 괜찮았어요. 다만 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 방으로 올라가야 한다는 점이 조금 힘들었습니다.

ホテル自体は綺麗でスタッフの方の対応も親切でした。 チェックアウト後に荷物を置いて外出も問題なくできました。 唯一エレベーターがないことが欠点でした。スーツケース等大きな荷物を持って滞在する場合は気をつけてください。

The hotel is very close to train station. The room is up at 2nd level with no lift. Bring small big and light luggage for easy access.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was adequate but window didn't seem to shut fully causing outside noise and keeping us awake. Hotel location was convenient for main attractions, however did feel a little unsafe later at night.

Hotel as l lado de la estación de tren Piazza Príncipe y muy cerca del centro histórico de Génova. Habitación cómoda, con todo lo imprescindible.Trato amable y eficiente del personal.

L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre. Nous avons avisé le 1er soir mais on a dû attendre au lendemain pour se faire dire que l’entretien avait été fait sur l’AC mais qu’il devait y avoir un problème donc on nous a changé de chambre pour la 2e nuit. Il fait chaud en général dans les espaces communs de cet hôtel. Ce matin au déjeuner nous avons croisé un homme avec la clé de notre 1ere chambre !!! Qui nous laisse croire qu’ils ont assigné la chambre super chaude à quelqu’un d’autre sans vraiment corriger le problème !

Convenient location for transportation around city & to the airport. Good room. However not the best area in Genoa for dining/drinking/ sightseeing etc.

The location near the central train station is one of the best reasons to stay here. Also, the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced, and I guess this is an Italian thing, but it was excellent. Coffee is always great, food choices are the standard fair when in Italy. Very fresh. Our only complaint was we were on the first floor near the buffet prep station. It was a loud wake up call each morning. Of course the first morning we did not notice as we were up before dawn, getting acclimated to the time change. Last complaint was the impossible small shower. I’m not a large man, but I could barely move without turning off the water or worse changing the temperature. Oh well it’s an Italian thing I guess. Overall a good hotel, stay on floor 2 or higher. Hard to beat the price we paid.

Hotel location is convenient, room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were efficient and friendly. Room was comfortable but dark ; shower is extremely small.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Public areas had nice character. However, the room (111 given) was quite disappointing for me as was not what I expected based on Expedia room information and especially photos.

Excelente atención del personal... Solo que estaría bien que revisaran la secadora ya que tiene mucha pelusa y no sale bien el aire... Además hay detalles, en el clóset se cayó de repente la cortina.

l'unica cosa davvero piacevole era la posizione per il resto tutto molto deludente. Il personale all'arrivo e ogni giorno faceva molta fatica a salutare, la colazione scarsa e deludente per un 3 stelle (era dalle 7.30 alle 10 ma alle 9 tutto era finito). La stanza rumorosa perchè essendo una zona universitaria il rumore era fino a notte fonda forse una insonorizzazione avrebbe aiutato perchè dormire era impossibile. Il bagno aveva lo scarico rotto per non parlare della doccia piccola scomoda e senza un doccino staccato quindi quando ho aperto l'acqua è arrivata una scarica di acqua bollente che mi ha ustionato il seno. Esperienza da non ripetere.Lisetta
