스탭들 다친절함 심지어 조식먹을때 내이름불러주며 뭐먹고싶냐고물어서 깜짝놀랐음..나혼자 동양인이라 쉽게외운거일수도있지만 조금 감동. 엘베없지만 체크인할때 미리 짐도 스탭이 올려주시고 요크 지도주면서 호텔위치 시내위치 다가르쳐주고 마주칠때마다 웃으면서 인사해줌. 조식도 메뉴많고 조리해줘서 따뜻하고 든든하고 좋음. 근데 역에서 좀 걸어야하고 캐리어가 더해져 너무힘듦 그리고 세면대완전작음..그치만 다른게 완벽..☆

I loved the hotel. The architecture, the decor, the tranquility. My room was very comfortable and spacious, despite being single. The staff is very friendly. Delicious breakfast. Excellent location. I hope to return some day. Thank you!

The hotel has a parking lot (for a small fee); the staff were friendly and helpful; and the walk to town is a ten minute straight shot.

Das Einzelbett ist wirklich sehr schmal und die Matratze fühlte sich etwas nach Feldbett an. Leider war es auch recht hellhörig, aber da kann man in Unterkünften wohl immer Glück oder Pech haben, je nachdem, wer neben/über einem wohnt. Darüber hinaus super. Ganz liebes Personal, tolle Lage im Grünen und trotzdem am Herzen der Stadt, und ein privater Eingang zum Apartmentkomplex mit einem simplen Schlüsselsystem. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen, dann aber wahrscheinlich eher ein kleines Doppelzimmer buchen, um dem engen Bett zu entgehen.

Ideal location and friendly staff. Unfortunately couldn't get access to the EV charging point as another vehicle (non EV) was parked in the space for the nights I was there. Breakfast only served from 8am so couldn't make use of that. No good served of an evening despite advertising a 'restaurant & bar'. No shower gel or shampoo provided in the room. Not as advertised.

the property was quite dated in areas. They also charge £10 per day for parking in their private car park! Breakfast was cold

An affordable hotel in York! Polite and nice staff and we had everything we needed!

Lovely hotel in a nice quiet area 10 mins walk outside York centre. Nice comfortable room with a kettle, tea and coffee which was re-filled daily. The hall and stairs were a bit run-down, and a creaky door leading into the hallway.I was a bit nervous about disturbing the other guests when opening and closing it. Breakfast was very good with a small buffet of cerials and hot breakfast to order. The hot breakfast came very fast and was delicious. Some days I had to leave before 8, and could unfortunately not have breakfast, so it’s a bit of a shame that it only starts at 8 in the morning. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location for walking into the city or to the railway station (no more than 10-15mins). Stayed in the delux double bedroom in the annex. Confused as room didn’t match the images on their website. Duty manager informed and he agreed and apologised. For a delux room would have expected more luxuries, the only benefit seemed to be size of room and en-suite. Breakfast options ok, but as for advertising continental options, only saw yoghurt

The whole experience of coming to York and staying at the B and B from start to finish was excellent nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food was vey good. It was good to have a vegan cooked breakfast on the menu for my friend as we always seem to struggle when we stay in places. Would certainly come back and stay if we go to York again..
