가성비가없고 4성급이라하기에 부족, 위치는괜찬은편

위치는 좋았지만. 다른 모든 부분은 넘 실망스러웠습니다. 사진과 다르게 룸이 작고 낡았으며, 침대 매트리스는 불편했고 담요에 시트를 덮은 이불은 어느 호텔에서도 볼수 없었던 부분입니다. 방음이 전혀 되지 않았으며 샤워부스는 좁고 반투명 유리와 위가 뚫린 화장실은 절대적으로 개선이 필요합니다.

위치 너무 좋습니다. 컨디션도 정말 좋고, 아침에 테라스에 나가서 시티센터 걸어다니는 사람들 보는게 너무 좋았네요.

Breakfast over the top! Huge selection in a beautiful dining area. Location can’t be beat Staff so courteous and helpful! Great amenities. Won’t stay anywhere else in Madrid!

Housekeeping did not replenish soap shampoo. Coffee station missing items

The location is convenient to local sites. I also liked the breakfast buffet and the amazing staff that worked it.Those are the only positive things about the Hotel Francisco 1. The hotel itself was not as described as luxury. The aesthetics of the hotel and its rooms were very tacky and subpar condition. The front desk staff not friendly or helpful. We did not enjoy our stay here and would not recommend it to fellow travelers.

The hotel is small but they make the most of their space. It was clean, the staff was excellent and with the exception of very small windows, we have not complaints. Perhaps more important was how they responded when we needed something or something wasn’t quite right. They were superstars! There are plenty of good shops and sights nearby. Not truly central city, but a location we really enjoyed. We recommend The Francisco!

Loved every minute of this beautiful place!

I had a small room with a balcony overlooking Calle Arenal, 15, in Madrid. The staff members were all wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast offerings prepared to suit every preference and palate. The bistro style cafe on the ground floor was also a terrific place to congregate with lovely decor. The hotel's eco awareness was characterized by making available some amenities not found in the room but there for the asking. No waste. A modern hotel room with the antiquities of Madrid just outside.

Everything was great

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. My daughter has a sprained knee and when she asked for some ice for her hot/cold water bottle they gave her a kettle and a bag of ice. Then my husband needed something from a hardware store and they referred him to one that was walking distance away. The only draw back was our room. I had requested a triple and the extra bed was a fold out chair that my daughter said was uncomfortable. Also the bathroom door was clear glass, so so much for privacy. Excellent hotel location, close to everything. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of items.

Excelente costume service , riquísimo desayuno , el personal de la resección es muy amable y dispuesto a resolver los problemas de los cliente . Las habitación bien limpias y equipada .Felicidades sin duda es mi hotel favorito. Siempre con gusto regresaremos .

Amazing hotel in an excellent location, very convenient

Location is perfect. Could walk everywhere needed to see the sights or have something to eat. Pedestrian street right outside with a small walk to catch an uber or taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Una experiencia maravillosa en pleno corazón de Madrid. El Hotel Francisco I superó todas mis expectativas: la ubicación es perfecta, a pocos pasos de la Puerta del Sol y la Plaza Mayor, lo que nos permitió recorrer la ciudad caminando. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy limpias y con camas comodas que garantizan un descanso excelente. El personal es encantador, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. El desayuno buffet fue delicioso, variado y abundante, ideal para empezar el día con energía. Sin duda, un hotel con encanto, cómodo y con un servicio impecable. Lo recomiendo al 100 %

Hotel muito bem localizado, café da manhã excelente, com o necessário. Colaboradores nota 10. Wifi no quarto não funcionou no último dia.
