호텔에 비하여 저렴한 가격. 모든 것이 갖추어진 스튜디오로 집사람과 둘이 밥도 해 먹으며 잘 지냄. 체크인시에 직원이 미리 와서 기다림. 혹시 이부분을 불평하시는 분들은 사전에 사무실과 잘 연락하지 못하여서 아닐지. 물론 호텔과는 다릅니다. 기차역에서 5분 거리. 주변에 상점과 식당 매우 많음. 지하철 타기도 좋음.

호텔보다는 전문적인 Airbnb에 가까워요. 로비도 없고, 따라서 상주 직원도 없으니 다다수가 호텔에 기대하는 매일 청소, 가방 보관 등의 서비스는 없습니다. 그러나, 체크인 직원도 친절하고 숙소 앞에서 기다려줬다가 친절히 안내해 줍니다. 체크아웃도 방에 키를 남겨 두고 가면 되니, 불편할 건 없어요. 방은 깨끗해요. 싱글베드 두개 방과 이층침대 방. 화장실도 두개입니다. 작은 거실과 주방은 시설이 괜찮아서 조리해서 식사를 챙겨 먹기도 좋죠. 주변이 안전하고 나름 번화 했어요. 첫날이 토요일이었는데, 스페인 광장-몬주익 마법 분수대로 아이와 함께 천천히 걸어 갔어요. 가는 길에 운 좋게도 일종의 야시장(?) 같은 게 열려서 구경하며 재미있게 갔습니다. 츄로스와 하몽을 즐기기 좋은 곳도 있어요.

머무는 동안 내내 즐거웠습니다.

It's a great stay for us. We are 5 members for the business trip. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Although reception office is a different place, there is no inconvenience for us.

location was great. Right next to Sants station, but not that crowded. like the place where local barcelona people live.

마드리드에서 바르셀로나 산츠역에 밤10시쯤 도착해서 산츠역 맥도날드 방향으로 나가 5분쯤 걸린듯 찾기는 쉬웠으나 문제는 밤 10가 넘은 시간이고 짐도있고 피곤한데 주소만 있고(39라고만 표시됨)간판이나 아파트먼츠라는 표시가 없을뿐더러 벨도 없고 사람도 없고... 한시간을 앞에서 서성이고 지나가는 사람들에게 물어보고 짜증과 추위에 화가 났을때쯤 앞집 32호에 사는 젊은 부부의 도움으로 전화가 되어 40분 더 기다리면 온다는 연락을 겨우 받았음 너무 추워 맞은편 맥주집에서 기다리다 12가 다 되어서야 숙소에 들어갔음 숙소는 나쁘지 않았고 깨끗하고 조용하고 다 갖춰져있어 괜찮았는데 뜨거운물을 20분 쓰면 2시간 있다 사용이 가능하다고 함 여러명일경우는 불편할듯 2층 3명이 이용했고 욕실 두개 방두개 한방은 트윈 베드룸이고 한쪽방은 이층베드룸이였음

The apartment is no front desk service. It is a little difficult to entry at first. After then (once we got code), everything is fine. The apartment is large enough for whole family up to 6 people. We have what we need and like to stay. Thanks for the service. Jim

This place was great, excellent location, very close to the Barcelona Sants train station and a short walk to the excellent subway system entrance. The area around the apartment was nice, lots of restaurants and shops but not many tourists in this area, which was nice. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen and even had a washer and dryer. Bring some laundrey soap pods, they give you one but having some extra for additional loads is nice. We were on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The Wi-Fi worked well, but don’t expect anything in English on the TV. Our only tiny complaint was the lock on the apartment door. It requires inputting a code, and if you don’t press the buttons in a certain way, the thing goes haywire and locks up. We figured out the technique after a while though. Overall an excellent place and I would stay there again.

We stayed 5nights here. The location was good because it was close to both train and metro station as well as many restaurants and supermarket. The room was clean and well organized. However, we felt the actual room looked cheaper that what we saw online, and amenities were not enough (eg. only one dish washing tablet and two detergents for 5 nights, tea/coffee) considering the price we paid.

Nice kitchen/living area, and great patio. Spiral staircase was a little difficult to navigate with heavy luggage but otherwise just perfect.

Close to lots of interesting places to see

We stayed here because of the location to the train station, it was only a few minutes walk which was great. Nice quite area and really easy to get into the property. The instructions we were given were great and easy to understand. The property had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a kitchen to make food and we had everything we needed. Great property to stay in

Brilliant appartment just a few minutes walk from main station and metro. Sants - the area - is great. Coffee shops, bars etc... Placa Riejo is just round the corner and great for drinks/ tapas. Apartment lovely.

Bra leilighet med kort vei til metro og buss. Leiligheten hadde bare en toseter sofa, så det kunne godt ha vært et par stoler i tillegg.

The property was well located and clean and well appointed with large fridge microwave toaster washing machine and dryer. It was easy to access and the lift to the second floor made life easy. The local square at the end of the street was very pleasant in the evenings. The only downside was that the air conditioning was very inefficient and the unit would be very hot on summer nights, no fan.
