스플리트 구 시가지와 매우 가까운 거리에 위치해 있습니다. 또한 숙소 근처에 맛집이 많이 위치하고 있어서 밥먹을때 많이 유용했습니다. 숙소 주변이 주택가라 밤에 조용해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 주방에는 온갖 식기류와 칼 등 요리를 하기 위해서 필요한 모든 것이 제공 되었습니다. 그리고 냉장고 성능이 좋아서 얼음도 충분히 잘 얼릴 수 있어서 매우 유용하게 사용 했습니다. 주인 아저씨와 아들분도 많이 친절 했습니다. 다만 주차 시설을 가지고 있지 않지만 그리 어렵지 않게 무료로 주차 할 수 있는 곳을 찾을 수 있어서 주차 문제는 없었습니다.

올드타운에서 도보 5분거리. 주차하기 힘든 도시이지만 친절히 무료주차장까지 안내해주시고 지도 펼쳐놓고 여행에 완전도움 많이주셔서 너무 고맙게 잘 지내다왔습니다 욕실이 조금 좁은거 외에는 다 좋습니다. 빨래말리는 작은 뒷마당도 있어요

location is good but facility is not good. near parking is difficult.

Petar was an excellent host. He even picked me up at the Split airport upon my arrival and took me to the room. I found that extraordinarily kind and generous. The room was immaculate! It’s also very close to the pier, where I needed to meet the Boat for my cruise … less than 10 minutes in foot. All in all, a good experience!

The apartment was very recent, well furnished and clean. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We asked to extend our stay and it was done at a very reasonable price. Well located to visit the city by foot.

O quarto é ótimo, localização ótima, mas o banheiro conta com um boiler pequeno para esquentar a água pro chuveiro, porém esse boiler pequeno não comporta 2 banhos, ou seja o quarto seria single na verdade.

The host, Petar was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice. Location is perfect and close to everything.

The room was lovely! The owner, Peter, was super welcoming and attentive. He explained us everything, from where to park til dining options and supermarkets around. The flat was clean and included everything you could need, from cooking supplies to every confort detail. The best choice!

Ensimmäinen huoneisto ei vastannut kuvia. Lisäksi ilmastointi oli meluisa. Valitimme asiasta ja omistaja suostui vaihtamaan toiseen hieman pienempään mutta mukavampaan huoneistoon.

Very nice and clean apartment with everything you need for short to a little longer stay in Split. Very close to the old town but the nightlife nor any other noise disturbed our stay. Everything was smooth from late check-in to early check-out. I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights and had nothing to complain about. I definately recommend this for couples.

Good central location, 5 minutes walk to the town and the beach. Friendly and helpful host, clean and modern room. I would recommend Kuzma rooms when staying in Split.

Posizione perfetta, a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto di spalato, super gentili e disponibili, stanza pulita e gradevole.

Rimeligt i forhold til prisen. Venlig modtagelse men personalet var ikke klar ved indcheckning til trods for, at vi havde skrevet hvornår, vi ville ankomme. Betaling blev krævet kontant, selvom det ikke stod noget sted.

Rigtig god beliggenhed til dette lille hotel/lejligheder. Jeg blev budt velkommen af ejeren da jeg ankom og fik instruktion i hvordan TV kanaler virkede. Han fortalte også hvordan man kan få rabat på en overfor-liggende restaurant mens man bor her. Værelset var rigtig godt indrettet og sengen var meget behagelig. A/C var meget lydløs hvilket er et stort plus i min bog.

I loved this little room, small but sufficient for a solo traveler. Walking distance to all the sites and bus station. The owner was excellent and I lost my way getting there but he patiently waited for me. They own the restaurant across the rooms and the food there is not only great but affordable for that area. I woudl stay again.

Väldigt trevlig hyresvärd. Sonen hämtade upp mig på flygplatsen för ett rimligt pris. Trevlig lägenhet med allt vad man kan önska och en liten innergård. Läget är också bra med närhet till både gamla stan och stranden. Rekommenderar!

Super enjoyed my stay here. Has a safe for your belongings. The family owns the restaurant across the street so you can get breakfast and authentic food for dinner. It is nestled in a quiet and safe area 10 minutes walking from the touristy area. I can’t recommend this enough. No complaints
