침대가 편안하고 매우 청결한 호텔입니다. 샤워하기도 좋고 난방 상태도 과하지 않아 좋았습니다. 그리고 직원들도 매우 전문적이고 친절합니다. 다만 중심가와는 조금 거리가 떨어져 있는 것이 아쉽네요.

가격대비 훌륭한 숙소이며 특히 직원분들은 너무나 친절하였다. 특히 와이파이가 잘 되었고 난방시스템은 더 할 나위없이 좋았다.

The hotel is in good location and quiet neighborhood. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Room is nice and cozy!

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The included breakfast did not disappoint and had variety of choices and comfortable sitting area. The room and private bath was very clean and spacious. Also conveniently located, less than 5 minute drive from bus terminal and short walk to many restos. I highly recommend!!

Ótima experiência de hospedagem. Hotel aparentemente renovado, quartos limpos, banheiros novos. As camas eram boas, os quartos bem equipados. Bom chuveiro. Estava tudo bem limpo. O atendimento foi ótimo! Café-da-manhã completo. Apenas o pão que é seco, e poderia ter mais alguma opção de fruta. O café era excelente.

Hotel fica a 5-6 quarteirões da avenida principal mas dá para ir caminhando tranquilamente Equipe muito receptiva e educada . Liberaram café 30 minutos de antecedência para nossa família pq íamos sair mais cedo devido voo de volta . Hotel limpo e agradável. Acomodação sem problemas

Pas très propre vieillot, très bruyant aucune insonorisation, nous avions l’impression de dormir dans la rue, déjeuner avec des œuf brouillés froid, jambon qui sentait mauvais….terrible de plus le prix est très élevé. Je déconseille fortement

2 Points:- I accidentally slightly ripped a bed sheet. I didn't try and hide it but reported it to the manager and was happy to pay for it. However total rip off from the manager when he charged me some $30 for a basic sheet which should have cost some $5 - $10. I paid as didn't want any issues. Secondly, as VIP hotel I was entitled to a free bottle of spirits. This never happened and I wonder how you manage this so called perk or is it a sales pitch. So, I was some $40 out of pocket for this stay. Not impressed considering the business I've done with Expedia over the years
