방의 청결1도는 매우 훌륭1했습니다 일본 호텔처럼 매우 깨끗했습니다 다1만 침대옆의 작은 전1구가 들어오지 않아 건드렸는데 떨어져 1깨진 것을 다음날 주인에게 사과하면서 말했더니 불같이 화1를 내더라구요 보통 다1치지 않1았냐고 물어보는게 상식아닌지... 아무튼 주인장1의 그런 태1도만 빼면 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다

Lovely old building, excellent friendly service, but towels weren't the fluffiest!

The owner of this hotel goes out of his way to ensure an enjoyable stay. Beds are comfortable. Easy access to train, sights, dining and metro. Very clean.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the center of town and our rental car pick-up location. We found it to be well-serviced and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. We will stay again next time in Toulouse.

No elevator but to be expected in an old building. Room was good. Personnel friendly. They have parking but someone has to go with you every time you go to the car in order to unlock the gate. Area was good. Walked to lots of shopping.

2 points negatifs : - les couvertures sur les lits (moins confortable et hygiénique) - le rideau de douche (vraiment atroce d’avoir le rideau qui colle à la peau et rend le moment de la douche désagréable )

Ein ganz wunderbares kleines Hotel, toll gelegen und ein so freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der neben Französisch, Englisch sogar noch Spanisch spricht. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und unser Aufenthalt war einfach toll - wir sagen Merci beaucoup und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! L’accueil est chaleureux ! Les chambres propres et douillettes! Le stationnement sécuritaire! Un endroit à ne pas oublier!

Staff went out of their way to provide parking although we hadn't booked it. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a nice area and very close to restaurants.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, entre la gare et le noeud principal des métros de Toulouse, le plein centre-ville. La chambre est très fonctionnelle et confortable. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais vraiment, il y a une grande réactivité à la réception si l’accès aux escaliers est problématique. C’est un hôtel familial avec des propriétaires impliqués et cela rajoute au charme. Si vous cherchez un hôtel loin de l’anonymat des chaînes, c’est l’exact endroit !

Hotel was in a great location. Host was really friendly and gave us some.good dining suggestions. Room was clean and a good size for our family. Pull out bed wasnt very comfortable and room was on a slope. Didn't love the water saving shower head. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.

Even though this is a 3 star hotel, you still have some expectations. The furniture and walls have obvious damage (holes on the walls) that need to be fixed. There is no functional safe in the room (there is physically one in the room it just does not work) because and I quote: the hotel is a safe space. The telephone in the room does not function because and I quote again: people do not use it anymore The location is good if you visiting the downtown core, the room was made promptly and the staff was friendly but for me is a hard pass in the future

Very convenient just no elevator. Staff extremely nice and helpful!!!

Excellent location thats close to everything. Airport bus drops and picks you up right in front of the hotel for 9 euros. The host Fred is so friendly and helpful

Absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was lovely and in an excellent location. They were very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend!!

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Emplacement parfait.

My arrival was delayed beyond my control and they said no checkins after 10pm and said they were holding half the full rate as deposit even though I was only going to be less than 1 hour late. As a result I had to scramble around looking for a last minute hotel. Even if it is their policy, they need to have some judgement in cases like this.
