전체적인것은 만족합니다. 다만 주차장이 없어, 저녁에 주차를 하려고 하면 주차난이 정말 심각합니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 바다바로 앞에 있어 위치는 좋았습니다! ㅎㅎ

지금껏 머물렀던 호텔중 가장 불편한 호텔이었습니다 제일 먼저 당황한것은 문고리를 두드려야 문을 열어주고 앨리베이터가 없다는것입니다 호텔 관리인이 짐을 올려주긴했지만 여하튼 불편했습니다 가장 심한것은 주차할곳이 없어서 여러번 차를 옮기다 공영주차장으로 차를 옮긴것입니다 조식도 바로 앞에 위치한 호텔에서 하는 것입니다 규모가 큰 호텔이 아니어서 가정식하는 분위기입니다 바로 호텔앞이 바다지만 바다전망방이 없어서 반대쪽 방을 예약했는데 그래서 바닷가에 위치한 호텔의 이점을 전혀 누릴수없었습니다 직원들은 친절한편이지만 내내 불편한 기분으로 지냈습니다

깨끗하고 시내에서도 가까워요 시내안이라서 주차하기가 힘들고 체크아웃하면 바로 차도 빼셔야 해요 수영장이용은 유료고 세금도 현금으로 따로 받습니다 객실은 깨끗하고 친절했어요

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and very helpful (including helping to carry luggage up the stairs!), b/c there is no lift. We were very disappointed that there was no simple coffee maker in the rooms to start our day (especially considering the caliber of the hotel) - this is considered a very basic standard these days even in 2 star hotels. In room #205, the drain in the shower was clogged and water backed up while showering. The toilet seat was also loose or broken and tilted one way or another when sat on. The glass doors on the showers are also very awkward to open and get in and out of the shower. That said, the hotel is very conveniently located to many sites and the historic center, as well as near the sea.

The hotel felt a bit dated, with old rugs, artificial plants, and a lot of religious decor. We didn’t love having to leave our key at the front desk every time we went out. There were numerous small notes around the room, but they weren’t particularly helpful—clearer instructions (like which switch controls the bathroom light) would have been much more useful. So many switches but none in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and was confusing to operate, with two remotes that didn’t seem functional. The windows were set very high, making it difficult to enjoy the sea view, especially for someone shorter like myself. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel location is extremely close to everything, but what makes the hotel exceptional is the front desk receptionist Cinzia. She is what gives the hotel its beauty. Will definitely come back

Awesome boutique hotel with cats and nuns—great views of the sea from some rooms. If you’re looking for a 3-star hotel in a superb location with very kind staff, you can’t go wrong here!

I was welcomed so warmly. Great staff who went out of their way to make it a great stay. The room was a bit old, the shower was a bit unusual, but it was very charming and the view out over the water was amazing! Close to everything but also off to the side to be quiet enough. Would definitely recommend

Highly recommend this cozy waterfront property. The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We received beautiful upgraded seaview rooms. The rooms were clean and modern with 24 hr front desk attendants. If you are travelling solo, you will feel very safe here. Shout out to Cinzia! She recommended local restaurants, all of which were excellent. Parking is available at a private parking garage nearby for €25.00/day which includes valet pick up and drop off. We will not hesitate to book this hotel on our next trip to Ortigia.

Amassing view. A balcony almost in the Mediterranean. A host the are super friendly, in a old well maintained hotel with charm and character. Authentic old hotel. Recommended.

Breakfast was fresh and the service was wonderfully. My balcony over looked the sea. They helped me with my bags and were very friendly. They spoke English which helped a lot.

Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande av receptionspersonalen. Och dom var också väldigt serviceminded under hela vår vistelse. Rummet hade vacker havsutsikt och sängarna sköna. Bra städning. God energi.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed her for a short (a few days) trip in Ortigia, and the experience was great. The location is amazing, right on the beachfront near everything, and the staff go above and beyond. We weren't the easiest guests im sure, we had many small, but persistent requests and the staff were consistently friendly, and more than happy to meet our requests with grace and enthusiasm. Our stay in Ortigia was enhanced by the staff at the Dorus Mariae Albergo. I can't comment on breakfast, as we opted to have brunch at a nearby Bistro, but this is in no way a comment on the breakfasts at the hotel; this is simply how we like to holiday. Overall, a wonderful experience here, with wonderful staff in an absolutely beautiful location.
