This hotel is good for me. I was satisfied for facilities. I was take rest my vocation.

OVERALL IT WAS GOOD PLACE.SPECAILLY THEY PROVIDED UPGRADE ROOM TO SUITE. ONE THING IS NOT GOOD FOR US. THAT IS DINNER TIME WITH TOO NOISE. TOO MANY GUESTS MAY MAKE IT. I THINK BIG RESORT SYSTEM MAKE IT SO THEY CANNOT HELP IT. BUT WE WILL CHOOSE MORE COMFORTABLE HOTEL NEXT TIME. ANYWAY IT WAS VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. When I raised this, the staff member became rude instead of apologising, pulled faces, and responded rudely in Turkish. Although I do not speak Turkish, her attitude and body language were very clear. It was completely unacceptable. Another major issue is the constant use of mobile phones by staff. Bar staff, pool staff, reception desks and other employees are frequently scrolling on social media while working, rather than focusing on guests. There is very little customer service—staff rarely greet guests, often walk into lifts ahead of guests, and generally seem uninterested in helping. The facilities are fine, but the service lets this hotel down. In my opinion, this feels much closer to a three-star hotel than a five-star resort.

Great location on Lara Beach. Good variety of food with many options. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good facilities for families, including pools and a Turkish bath. Nice all-inclusive experience. The only downside er the price can be a bit high

This is a large resort with pretty much anything you can ask for. There is a buffet with tasty food of all sorts, and so many delicious desserts. There are several water slides for children of all ages, numerous swimming pools, and direct access to the beach. The staff is cheerful and attentive. They kept the property clean and made us feel welcome. In the evening there is professional entertainment. We watched an amazing acrobacy show and a fabulous dance show. There was also live music in the indoor bar. We had a fantastic suite with sea view, overlooking the resort. The rooms were very spacious, and they were cleaned daily. Highly recommended for families with children. We had a perfect holiday here, and would love to come back.

Reception staff is very nice they upgrade my room to the suite and best hotel in antalya to stay with family alot of activities for kids and adults thank you very much

Amazing and nice i advice people to visit

Der Zugang der Anlage war sehr Rollstuhl geeignet. Das Rollstuhl Zimmer war gut und hatte genügend Platz. Nur die Matratze war ziemlich benutzt eher. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend nach Lösungen zu finden.

Otelin yaz imkanlarının çoğuna kışın ulaşılamaması bizim gibi çocuklu aileler için rahatsız edici bir durum. Girişte oda upgrade’i için teşekkür ediyorum, fakat çıkış günü odanın bulunduğu koridorun sabah 8’de komple tadilata girmesi kabul edilecek bir durum değildi. Sabah kahvaltı için odamızdan çıktığımızda direk olarak inşaat alanının içinde kaldık, daha da kötüsü inşaat için açılan tüm şaft odası kapıları boş durumda ve özellikle küçük çocuklar için çok büyük bir tehlike arz ediyordu.

Wij hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Bij aankomst kregen we gratis een upgrade van een economy kamer naar een suite, wat een fijne verrassing was. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar. Het hotel is groot, schoon en goed onderhouden, met verschillende faciliteiten die het verblijf comfortabel maken. De buitenzwembaden waren open, al was het voor ons wat te koud om daadwerkelijk te zwemmen. Het eten is lekker en gevarieerd, waardoor er voor ieder wat wils is. Al met al heeft het hotel ons zeer goed bevallen en is het zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zonder twijfel nog eens terugkomen.

Son gün yediğim yemekler yüzünden akşam üzeri başlayan mide bulantısı sonrası gıda zehirlenmesi yaşadım. Bu yüzden her şey iyi olsa da bu sebeple otele puan veremiyorum.

5 yıldız olan bir otel , beklentiyi karşılamadı maalesef, kış sezonu olduğundanmıdır bilmiyorum ama kalite yok
