호텔 객실과 서비스는 가격 대비 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 그러나 위치가 트램역과 메트로역에서 캐리어를 끌고 다니기엔 조금 멀다는점, 또 역에서 호텔까지 가는 길에 가구거리? 같은 것이 있는데 밤엔 여성 둘이 다니기엔 조금 무서운 점도 있었습니다. 전반적으로는 만족스러웠습니다.

직원들이 친절하더군요 특히 짐을 좀더 맏겨 달라고 하면 무료로 짐을 챙겨서 맏아주더군요. 아주 좋은 서비스인거 같습니다. 시설은 좋은데, 위생은 조금..ㅋㅋ

가까운 공항인 아타튬 에서찾아 갔더라면 찾기 쉬웠을텐데...모르고 올드 공항에서 먼거리인 호텔을 예약하는 바람에 찾는데 고생을 한것 빼고는 호텔에 대해서는 대만족!!!!

If you're reading this, better to hit the back button and start fresh search. Yet, you're curious why? Here are my experience on 2 nights stay. You're sitting in the room and you hear everything happening in the next room and corridor LIVE. Soundproof has never been on mind when buidling the hotel. Bed mattress will make you get up early, so uncomfortable. Bathtub is tiny but it wasn't too much of a trouble for me as I'm rather small though it would be of problem for adult man. But the worst is not yet to come. Airconditioning in the room is simply horrible. It went up to 28 C at night, air feeling stuffy and I seriously sweated in the room. After the first night, I reported malfunctioning of the airconditioner before going out. When returned to the hotel that evening, it felt a little cooler. Yet didn't stay long that way. Within a couple of hours, room got heated again and when I was packing for checkout the next day, room temperature was nearly 30C. A/C controller in the room was nothing but an accessary. If you're far from being convinced yet, here's punch line. I complained malfunctioning of A/C, the guy at the front desk (day shift) picked up the phone and barked at it in Turkish then tried to turn to another customer. I insisted to be explained saying hotel lobby feeling pleasantly cool while my room feeling hot and stuffy, he looked annoyed and said it's central A/C so there's shouldn't be any difference between the lobby and guest room. With this, he simply turned his back and I was simply dismissed like that. His attitude and personality obviously betray the nature of hospitality business. Location of the hotel is not ideal either. Nearest tram stop is 100m away and it's 4 stops away from Sultanahmet. I'd rather pitch a tent in the open air than staying at this hotel if you're ready to fight against mozzies. At least, you don't waste your money and enjoy nice night breeze outside.

Das Frühstück im Hotel und die Lage waren recht gut. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, die Qualität der Austattung sind sehr schlecht. Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht, in einem gab es im Badezimmer sehr viel Schimmel an der Decke!

My room wasn’t clean but then they let me check in. The toilet had been used and was very dirty. The taxi driver they got for me robbed me charged my card 530 lira yet they had agreed on 400. He refused to give me back my money and drove away

It was overall acceptable The room are very small and not enough space for moving The staff personnel are not much warm The quality of food are good but not much of variety , there is limited choices Good place in sultanahmet , basically for shoppIngs .

People who work at the hotel are very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast, the restaurant is clean and has excellent selection of food.

旅行最終日に空港への地下鉄に近め（と思った） ＆お値段との相談の上でこちらに1泊しました 周辺は観光客エリアとは異なりローカルの人混みで大変賑やかです 地下鉄Aksaray駅からは思っていたより距離を感じました フロントではトルコらしく他客の割り込みによって 後回しにされて待たされることがあるものの、 日本人に対しては日本語で挨拶してくれたりと 一応フレンドリーではあります 利用しませんでしたがジムもあるようで、 フロントに言えば鍵を開けてくれるそうです 各階エレベーターホールの所に ウォーターサーバが設置してあり 冷水・熱湯を自由に利用できます 有料マッサージチェアなどもありました 部屋はカードキー方式でまあ綺麗でしたが、 シャワーの天井がカビカビだったり 所々古さが目につきました またゴミ箱に前客のゴミが入ったままでした 朝シャワーで水栓タップをお湯MAXまで回しても ぬるいのしか出ませんでした またシャワーのガラス壁に隙間があって シャワーから上がると水漏れで洗面室の床が ビショビショになってしまいました WIFIが、いちいちホテルのFacebookページに つながるのが若干イライラしました

EXELLENT HOTEL

The room was ok,I wouldnt say 3 stars but close. The fridge was good to have in the room. Airconditioning brought cigarette smoke to the room from time to time. Very near of the mosque but because our window was not on the side of the street we didnt almost hear it at all +++ Very quiet. Very friendly staff and always ready to help. The hotel is between two stations, so if you go by public transportation, be ready to walk a little.

Meget flot hotel tæt på Laleli st. Værelserne er rene, fine i størrelsen men der var lidt støj uden for som generet en når man skulle sove. Hotelpersonalet er venlige, hjælpsomme og kan godt tale engelsk. Morgenmaden er god og varieret. Gode hotelfaciliteter men internettet var rigtig dårligt oppe i værelserne men i lobbyen var den fin nok. Kan helt klart anbefale den til andre. Den ligger ca. 10 min. gåafstand af Vezneciler metro st. og min end 10 min. gåafstand fra Aksaray tram station.

Vi havde et godt ophold på hotellet. Værelserne var ok store, rene og personalet var søde og hjælpsomme og kunne snakke engelsk og lidt arabisk også. Der var bare lidt for meget støj udenfor som generede når man skulle sove. Hotellet ligger 10 min gåafstand fra Aksaray station og Vezneciler metro st. Morgenmaden var god og varierede.
