Double Charged us. They acknowledge the mistake and keep saying it will take 5-7 days, but never refunded us. It's been 6 months now. Still waiting.

Staff at front desk needs more professional training for customer service.

All fine...restaurant menu needs upgradation. Way to the basement parking and its exit is very narrow and risky is you love your car. Parking area needs more cleaning.

Best location in central city. Retaurants and shopping mall nearby. Clean and well lighted atrium. Great breakfast.

Very good experience. Food and breakfast is very good. Staff and housekeeping is good.it's on the main road and lot of places nearby to have a variety of food.

Fantastic service.. My grandmother who is handicapped and my parents were in India to visit. I made the reservation online. The staff was outstanding. Mr. MODI provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this property. We look forward to staying with you again next time we visit India.

Rooms are small. My double occupancy room was in a corner. A typical business hotel. Food was good. Staff & Service were excellent.
