가족이 쉬기에 좋았습니다. 주변에 상점이 없는게 아쉽긴했지만 해밀턴 공항으로 가기위한 숙박으론 좋았습니다

인터넷(와이파이)이 룸에 전혀 제공되지 않고 호텔로비에서만 가능해서 맣은 사람들이 자신의 룸이 아닌 호텔로비에 몰려 있는 현상이 매일매일 발생함. 사용중인 치약과 치간칫솔을 5일 묵는 동안 잘 사용하고 있었는데 마지막 날 오후에 치워버려서 다음날 양치를 하지 못하기도 하는 등 매우 불편함을 느꼈습니다

가격이 저렴해서 좋다. 헤어 드라이어가 있으면 좋겠다. (여름이라 다행이었음). 호텔에서 제공하는 아침식사가 지금까지 경험한 다른 호텔의 아침식사와 비교하면 너무 나쁘다.

Clean room and helpful staff. Lack of air conditioning sucked but it wasn’t too hot.

Overall great and a deal for what you get. I needed a place to stay that was close to the hospital for me and my older kids. This place is a bit old/crusty but for the price its excellent considering you get two bedrooms and a kitchen. They're definitely dorm rooms. Toilets are round, which to me was a bit odd. Bedding was clean and comfortable but small (double bed) but rooms were a good size (we brought an extra bed and there was more than enough space in the one bedroom). Much bigger and better deal compared to any motel/hotel in the area. Free parking and wifi Washer/dryer on site good price not fancy and no extras that hotels offer but ya, overall great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always have a pleasant easy stay.

Found roaches. No dust, but no evidence of deep cleaning either. We were exhausted travelers , but left and supposedly our money would be refunded through the booking site.

Good value in Hamilton. Clean, comfortable. Free parking. Not clear at first from listing that this is a student residence, not a hotel, but it was fine for budget travel. Very few people there in the summer so it was quiet.

Front desk person that checked us in didn't talk to us or tell us much about the property.. needs better customer service training. Tried to talk to him and he ignored us.

Price is very good for what you get. The full sized fridge in room was a plus. Only downside was that the room smelled like mildew, maybe due to the AC.

Overall everything was fine. We stayed there from 12am until 9am so it did the job for one night. Did not realize booking it that it was a residence and dorm room. The rooms are just really depressing. For $130, I could have stayed in a nice hotel, I chose this because it was closest to the wedding I was attending in Dundas. Wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine to just sleep.
