Staff member was rude and unhelpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will not be staying here again due to staff member

The room door didn't close properly. The whole floor stunk like mildew or something very rank. We were kept up all night by various other people staying there drinking, yelling, running around banging on doors.

Hotel was good, way too much uncontrolled hallway disturbances all night long. This needs to be managed and controlled.

Based on the price: Great breakfast! Friendly staff! Clean rooms. Fairly close to restaurants, gas station and Tim Hortons. Walking distance or a short car ride. We will stay here again 🤗

Our room was dirty, the carpet was frayed and ripped up, our puppy had found two bugs and an orange round pill with the letter Z on it, the place obviously we had not been vacuumed clean. The mattresses were box springs, and one had a 2 inch memory foam on it. Thankfully, we were only in this place for one night, and probably won’t be staying there again. I understand that we were in a pet friendly room, but our pets are kept cleaner than this room was. I don’t understand why pet friendly rooms have to be the worst rooms in the building. We felt dirty leaving the place in the morning. We didn’t even shower or eat the continental breakfast. I would not recommend this place to others.

Spacious room with very comfy memory foam mattresses. Quiet and relaxing stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were very attentive and the rooms were as expected. I was very happy to a variety of protein options for breakfast, rather than the classic cereal or toast options.

The hotel looked aged and something that is stuck in the 70’s although it’s not that old
