When I check in, receptionist didn't explain well about services that I'll get even I asked about that. Also, he didn't let that information to the other places like spa. When I went to Spa, I have to wait for looong time to check this situation. They seemed not communicated well. Disappointed. But, room condition was good.

Bella struttura in un quartiere sicuro. Stanza gradevole, colazione migliorabile, anche se abbastanza variegata.

Apenas esse inconveniente! Avisei ao hotel por meio de mensagem que não sai da minha cidade, pois o aeroporto havia fechado, e mesmo assim deram NO-SHOW e não devolveram a diária! Consegui me hospedar, depois de muito explicar e falar sobre o que ocorreu por duas noites de teto fechado no aeroporto. O hotel continua excelente! Quarto confortável, limpo e com excelentes restaurantes no térreo!

Me gustó el área , pero el hotel en sí decadente, no servía la refry , las almohadas terribles ( aunq me las cambiaron ) la habitación al entrar olía a alfombra sucia , aunq el personal puso todo de su parte para sentirnos bien , pero no regresaría nunca más , además q el precio era de 995$ y ellos me cobraron en su moneda y pagué 1,125$ debatí eso pero no logré nada ! Terminé pagando más de lo q Uds en su plataforma me indicaron

El personal súper amable. El hotel tiene un excelente restaurante No sé porqué pero en Colombia el papel hgiénico es horrible. Hasta en el mejor hotel.

Outstanding Service and Support with Travelers needs.

Very subpar experience with poor front desk service when requesting a ride that was unknowingly canceled in the morning after confirmation the night before. And the billing was much higher on-site than I was charged on Expedia. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The experience does not match Marriott.
