Breakfast , room dining and dinner prices very reasonable. Dinner thali is excellent based on variety of items and price.Recommendable. Hotel staff service is excellent , attentive and responsive. Breakfast should be included in room package not as add on.

The facilities like AC control and water flushing systems are not working properly. While i booked , room facilities shows that breakfast is free but they have charged for it. I think, this is mistake from Hotel.com . i will never prefer this website for hotel booking

Very old building and noisy rooms You can hear from your room every thing that is happening in the corridor

The stay was comforting and hassle free. Rom service in particular is extremely efficient. The hotel is located in the hub of Thane and very convenient.

I chech in late at 12.30 some wedding guests late at 2am were noisy oudidemy room corridor then again at 8 am

Tiptop plaza is ideal for marriage & function stay. Not at all good for business stay. Hotel is worh for half of the rack rate. Very poor customer support & service by front deck or help desk.It is below delux level & not even near to three star even though hotel website claims Over charging & hotel.com is not giving right advice for charge what TIptop Plaza.

Every thing was nice but traffic noise is there in the room

We wanted a hotel in Thane so that we could visit friends who live there. We also wanted a hotel with a modest price tag. The Tip Top Plaza fit the bill perfectly. Some people might complain that the hotel is busy with weddings and other activities, but that just made the place a happier one for us.
