부활절휴가기간 3박4일을 묵었습니다. 가격과 주변 underground만 보고 선택했습니다. 1층에 빠가 있는데 음악소리로 밤12시까지 잠을 잘수 없음. 1인실 묵었으나 청결하지 않음. 화장실 샤워공용이나 문이 닫히지 않음. 아침 식사를 8시30분에 준다고 했으나 그시간 식당 바닥 청소하고 있음-달라고 하면 줌.시내까지 거리 엄청 멀며 바로옆 wanstead park 역은 시내선로와 연결이 안되어 있어 stratford 역까지 버스타야함.약 20분 .버스내려 호텔까지 15분 도보. stratford 역에서 시내까지 약 30분.이상입니다.

Flink personale der lavede frisk morgenmad når man kom ned. Der er ikke elevator og der er værelser på 1. Og 2. Sal, trapper er ikke super, så ikke for gang besværede. Det passede perfekt til mig fordi jeg rejste alene og skulle besøge nogen der boede 5-10 min gang derfra. Men er ikke sikker på jeg ville vælge stedet igen hvis jeg havde nogen med eller bare skulle besøge London. Området tæt ved med butikker er sharia zone og ud over det sted jeg boede var det stort set umuligt at opdrive alkohol udenfor supermarkeder. Men det er billigt og tæt ved offentlig transport, så hvis du bare skal sove der er det fint.

It was my nightmare experience . Property is very dirty carpet was full of dust and no towel no milk in the room. The worst part rats were running in room also toilet was blocked and not able to use . Smoke smell was everywhere in property. I have got skin itching due to bedsheet and duvet

Breakfast was supposedly included but nobody turned up to open it in the morning at the time stipulated and I had to leave promptly so missed it in case they served it later.

Very old and dirty place

The breakfast was limited to 1 egg 1 sausage 1 bacon 1 toast. The hot water was no hot for a coffee/tea. The room smelt of old sweat and cigarette smoke. The sheets were very smelly and musty. I am not sure they were even clean. The shared bathrooms were mouldy and I could not have a shower. I went to have use the toilet in the morning and there was a man in there peeing everywhere. The room door did not lock properly. The place really needed a deep clean and to be updated. The bathrooms needed a clean. There was no toilet paper. I think this was an emergency accommodation for the homeless because the people that were in the rooms appeared to be living there for some time.

Nice hotel situated on top of a classic British pub. No noise was heard from the pub. Great personal service. Wonderful freshly cooked breakfast. Simple rooms but with all you need including a tea kettle. The building is old but the hotel personnel makes up for this, friendly and attentive. Good location to Forest Gate station with restaurants and stores.

Standard and clean

The room was a twin bedded room. The size of the room was only barely enough to accommodate the two beds. The walls had plaster missing, the walls were stained and extensively dirty. the bed side table had two draws, the bottom draw had no base so could see through to the dirty carpet. The wardrobe should be replaced. It leans to the side and wobbles as you open the damaged doors. It too had a panel missing from the back. The showers and toilets were grubby and antiquated, both were in need of immediate refurbishment, as indeed so does the whole hotel side of the premisses. The booking came with breakfast, served at 07:45. At that time there were no members of staff on the entire premisses, hence breakfast was not available. To summarise, the hotel side of this business needs a total refurbishment. I would dissuade anyone booking a room there. It is not as described on the Hotels website.

Very helpful staff that made check in a pleasure...for once. Although the accommodation was basic it was fit for purpose & clean. An excellent cooked breakfast was included which was duly gobbled up before departing. Would certainly stay here again.

Bed bugs on the bed dirty wall paint dirty toilet

If you just need to get your head down for the night then it will do. Definitely needs a lick of paint and a good clean up.

Do not stay unless you are desperate. It wasn’t even that reasonable. The rooms are dirty No heat no laundry as advertised no hair dryer as advertised. No breakfast because of some leak in the kitchen Place is old and dilapidated. Rooms are musty. It’s a shared bathroom with everyone who stays at the facility. Just don’t waste your money and time. It’s a 15 minute walk to get the train

No bathroom in the room, the bathroom was dirty. No TV or Internet
