스위스에서의 호텔은 가격이 많이 비싸고 5성급 이상은 더욱 그렇다. 이호텔 시설및 식사 무료주차에 전체적인 면에서 모두 만족하고 최고다. 스위스 이테리로 신행을 10일간 하여 7개가 넘는 호텔에서 지냈지만 이 호텔이 최고였다. 차가 없으면 루가노 도심까지 가는 것이 불편하겠지만 차가 있으면 매우 추천한다. 호텔 바로 앞에는 호수의 전경이 보인다.

This is a wonderful hotel with all the needed amenities. Great location in Morcote, which is close to Lugano and the train station. Staff was excellent, especially the driver Hasim.

Beautiful hotel. Classic design. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Our shower leaked and they moved us rooms without question. The included breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was spendy, but food was good and amazing view. They do offer a shuttle into Lugano, but it only runs every two hours. The staff were all very mind. Would rate overall experience 4/5

Tutto ben organizzato, hotel moderno, elegante . Personale cordiale e ben preparato all accoglienza. Camere pulite moderne spaziose molto confortevoli. Posizione molto carina, navetta dell hotel stra comoda per raggiungere il centro.

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent! We had a wonderful time.

The 5 star rating system really needs a review and this hotel is a perfect example of why. Bad management, poor communication, terrible resturant service and patchy information given from one guest to another. I could go into every detail but it would take hours. This hotel is a 3 star at best and has alot to do to improve.

This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic. Gabrielle and the entire staff at Swiss Diamond were/are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The spa was beautiful as well! Very relaxing! Thank you thank you Thank you

Hôtel face au lac mais situé en bord de route. Dommage de devoir prendre son petit déjeuner sur une salle qui borde directement le parking avec vue imprenable sur les voitures !! Espace piscine extérieure très petit dans lequel le restaurant prend beaucoup de place. Pas de douche extérieure ds l’espace piscine Prestations pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Pdj moyen, pas de jus d’orange frais par exemple

I loved this hotel so much I want to move in! Loved it so much, from the bell men to the waitresses. Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The view was beautiful and the area was very peaceful. We stayed on the second floor and had no issues with AC.
