The staff was very attentive, everyone from the doormen, bar staff, reception, restaurants and management. The property was well maintained and had a charm that you wont find in the online photos. This is a must if you are fond of hotels with a soul, caring for the «golden-age» of travelling.

Hotel is pure luxury, and service is exceptional - they have thought of everything. Overlooking the ocean. I couldn’t recommend this property more highly

I booked a deluxe ocean view suite and expected a luxurious, top quality room for the super high price tag but was sadly disappointed. My room was very ordinary, lacking in style and comfort, the bathroom was spotless but dated. I was shown a renovated room as an alternative but it wasn’t much better. On the positive side the view was great and the staff were all very helpful.

Amazing hotel! Wonderful staff, great restaurant for dinner. Breakfast buffet had a wide assortment that changes certain items daily. Our junior suite was perfect for two people plus luggage. Large sitting area, large bathroom.

Wonderful hotel

Hotel’s version of junior suite is a joke. Basic (nice) room with two armchairs for USD 750 a night. Nothing about this room resembles anything of a suite. Moldy corridor added to our disappointment. Ok

Fabulous hotel with a top notch staff. We had a great check in with a welcome drink. Room was upgraded to a view of the ocean. Could have sat there all day!! Such a view!! Staff was professional and friendly. Went out of their way to help. Enjoyed the Club. Nice snacks and drinks. Breakfast was wonderful. Variety and service. Great quality. Area is quiet and safe. Walked to the mall. Lots of options for food. Highly recommend. Love the Belmond Miraflores
