위치는 좋으나 시설이 조금 오래되었어요~ 연박했는데 청소상태도 별로였어요

Overall the hotel is fair to good. The front desk staff's service needs to be improved. More specifically, they seem to be eager to help out the customers who are new in town.

Soweit alles ok fuer ein Stadthotel. Teilweise morgends sehr ueberlaufen. Es waere schoen gewesen, wenn innerhalb 1 Woche Aufenthalt mal jemand vom Housekeeping im Zimmer gewesen waere.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer wurden nur oberflächlich gereinigt, das Hotelpersonal mehr desinteressiert als Hilfsbereit. Der Lärm der Aufzüge war nicht zu überhören da die Zimmertüre nicht Geräuschisoliert war. Das WC ist in einer Höhe von Kindergarten Kinder angebracht....alles in Allem nie mehr wieder.

Wir sind erst gegen 2 Uhr nachts angekommen. Es war aber sofort ein Portier da, der uns unsere Zimmerkarten ausgestellt hat. Sogar etwas zu trinken hat er uns noch besorgt. Spitzenklasse!

Llegamos a las 22 horas despues de haver manejado 12 horas y no habia aparcamiento de pago como lo publican en hoteles. Horel de 14cpisos tenia solo 10 plazas de aparcamiento de pago. O sea no tienen aparcamiento. Nuestra reserva no les figuraba en la computadora . Por lo tanto nos aconsejan irnos a otro hotel o pagar por la unica habitacion que les quedaba, (que la tenian para casos especiales). Responsabilizaban a HOTELS.COM les presentamos la reserva que recibimos por email, el pago hecho en nuestro banco 1 mes antes. Y luego de recibir un mal trato del empleado, y largo tiempo de espera. Dice que encuentra el pago pero no la confirmacion de la reserva. Nuevamente culpa a HOTELS.COM. Al final , despues de una hora,recibimos la habitacion . No la que habiamos contratado, inferior. Y siempre diciendo que la responsabilidad era de HOTELS.COM. Nosotros durante años usamos vuestra plataforma, y nunca tuvimos problemas de llegr y q no exista la confirmacion de reserva. Tuvimos un destrato total del joven que nos atendio. No puso ninguna voluntad de entendernos

posizione dell’hotel comoda per visitare il centro cittadino - stanza spaziosa e confortevole - colazione completa ed abbondante - peccato che, nonostante la richiesta contestuale alla prenotazione, il parcheggio non fosse disponibile

Had a nice stay! Clean rooms. Great location

This hotel is clean, full of amenities, conveniently located, and has a friendly staff. It's not far to the train station (it took about 10 minutes by bus and three minutes by cab) and only about a three minute walk to Old Town Sibiu. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Clean and convenient

Hotel con una ubicación bastante buena cerca del casco histórico. Habítación cómoda y limpia. Al baño le faltaba un poquito de mantenimiento, por ejemplo a la mampara de la ducha que no cerraba bien. Cama cómoda. Desayuno bueno, aunque la parte dulce no tanto. Aparcamiento al aire libre, si lo dejas en la acera de delante del hotel, éste te cobra 40 lei diarios, si aparcas en otra zona del mismo sitio, pagas 15 lei en la máquina pública.

Excelente hotel. Bien ubicado. Personal muy atento. Buen desayuno. Recomendable.

Air conditioning didn't work in the room, obscene in a giant glass hotel. Only way to even slightly cool the room was leaving the windows open, but it's overlooking Sibiu's main highway so noise throughout the night. Impossible to sleep. Room wasn't fit for purpose and should have been fully refunded, but the receptionist simply noted the issue and offered no further action.

Very nice apartment for a good price. I really enjoyed, was very clean. The hallways and eating area need some TLC and estethic updates.

Hi War alles soweit in Ordnung… nur am Morgen bei den frühstück war es kaos da zuviele Leute da waren …. Es gab keine Kaffe Tassen die Kaffe Automaten waren ständig leer und sehr hohe Wartezeiten überall…. Es war nicht gut organisiert bei diese Massen an Leute braucht Mann das doppelte Personal …

Es handelt sich um ein eher einfaches, aber doch gepflegtes Hotel am Rand zum historischen Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ansonsten einfach. Die Strasse ist sehr laut, mit geschlossenen Fenster konnte ich gut schlafen. Es war recht warm im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage half nicht wirklich. Das Frühstück war soweit gut.
