Newly renovated property, friendly and helpful staff, security officer on site

Cedric at front desk was great. However the property was not safe. All exit doors were open upon arrival in the afternoon allowing for anyone to enter the building. Outsiders entered the Pool and later started banging at doors on the second floor.

When we were driving in, the area in itself was not safe and there were many people laying in the road and sitting in the road. When checking in, the front desk lady was very nice she was very thorough with the check in. The first floor was being renovated so a handicap room was not available which we booked. To get us away from the noise she moved us to the second floor where there was no direct entrance and no elevators. We got to our room and opened the door and was met with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. We could not enter the room as the smell was so strong. We returned to the front desk and told the lady our dilemma and she graciously moved us to another room. We got back up to our new room and noticed right away the stains on the walls, on the comforters, and the rusted bathroom. We pulled back our sheets and were met with more stains and hair everywhere. We were disgusted. We immediately left the room and put our stuff in the car and went back to the front desk and waited to talk to the lady again. In this time, we watched some of the same people who were in the street on our way in walk through the lobby (visibly unwell) and straight out to the pool area. We requested a refund and had to utilize our third party in which we booked. Since this experience we and our third party booking site have not been able to get in touch with the manager who was informed of the situation.

El check in fue bueno y rápido la propiedad con mal olor a marihuana y a cigarrillo igual la habitación la sábana tenía un roto de cigarrillo y apestaba el cuarto a marihuana también no había ascensor para subir las malestas y los arrededores eran inseguros con muchas personas denambulando. El baño tenía el porta servilletas quemado con cigarro en fin no lo recomiendo.

Place in the hood, stay away.

Hotel location is good, near Tampa Busch Gardens (10 minutes driving). Free parking and breakfast are included. The swimming pool area is large and towels are available at front desk. It has cleaning room service. Front desk staff is friendly.

Very fast check in, very clean the bed wasn’t too friendly it was hard

My only issue was a broken bed. It was like lying in a trough. I had to move to the other side of the bed in order to sleep.

Beds were EXTREMELY FIRM. Not in a good way. The AC was out and it was extremely hot in the lobby but the biggest disappointment was their “continental” breakfast.

It was awful. The hotel has to have a fence around due to the area it is in. The toliet quit working at 2:30am(it would t flush) called the help desk and no one showed up after they said they would be there in a minute. We saw several roaches and bugs in the room.

Loved the Staff. Area around the location is questionable.

Room was clean, except for the ac unit, i have health issues and didnt catch on until i left and was shutting the ac off, i could see how dusty it was, Wifi didnt work when i tried using it, and the room was next to the ice machine, it was loud enough to give me problems trying to fall asleep, but when i did fall asleep it did nothing to wake me, i would stay here again, it was a very nice hotel and if i need to stay out rhere again, i would, but be more focused on my problems from the previous

There were bugs in the room. We saw someone using drugs in the parking lot next door. Security was present at all times though. Shuttle was prompt and driver friendly.

The neighborhood is sketchy. The hotel was very nice. They had Security visible. The rooms were modern and clean
