When I called the desk because my air conditioner was not working in my room she came up, didn't fix it, and rudely told me she was done and nothing else she could do. goodbye and walked out of my room.

Pet friendly but very nice. Not always the combination found. Thanks for the stay!

Clean, easy check in, great pool

Very comfortable and welcoming

We had a good sized room with 2 queen beds. The view was not great as we looked out onto the stonework above the reception porch. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was ok. The receptionist had recommended The Broken Oar for dinner but it was our worst meal of the holiday (perhaps we made poor choices).

This hotel is new and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and they have a nice hot breakfast with lots of choices. Great coffee! The staff is courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this property.

great location friendly stuffs clean room comfortable bed good breakfast We returned from river activities in the afternoon and discovered there was no water available to shower for over half an hour. When the water did come back, we had to let it run for a while before it was clean enough to use. Additionally, the microwave in our room wasn’t working. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and promptly let us use the microwave in an unoccupied room while we waited for maintenance. However, we were quite disappointed that the pool was closed throughout our two-night stay. Audrey, the Assistant General Manager, addressed our concerns professionally and provided fair compensation for the inconveniences.

Overall an ok hotel for an overnight stay but didn’t like getting into bed and pulling up the sheet and seeing my hand touching blood on the sheet didn’t sit well with me. It made me question how well they are cleaning the bedding or even the room. The front desk lady was great and came and changed all the bedding but she acted like it was an inconvenience to have to do this and wasn’t very apologetic about me having touched someone else’s blood on the sheets. Don’t think I would stay there again sadly because overall the room looked clean, the breakfast was good but the bedding situation really turned me off to staying here again.

Everything was great. Staff was helping and friendly.

The property is new, and located on main street. It is close to everything.

The air conditioning kept up in the extreme heat, the room and property was clean and appealing, breakfast was great, parking convenient and an easy walk to downtown for food and shopping. Short trip to arches entrance. The downside was our battery on the door died and we were locked out for about an hour before someone could come break in and replace it. But staff was friendly and waiting wasn’t uncomfortable, though inconvenient considering it had been a very long day and we were leaving early the next morning.
