직원들도 친절하고 호텔 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 와이파이도 중간중간 끊기지만 그 정도쯤이야.. 다만 얼룩이 남아있는 이불을 주셔서 그거 하난 불쾌했습니다.

그저그런데로괜찬아요 식당직원들 손님대하는태도가 별로였음

가격대비 최고입니다. 캄보디아 식으로 5성급이라네요 (우리나라 표준으론 3.5성급쯤 됩니다) 아침 메뉴 많고 호텔 자체가 엄청 큽니다. 여기서 예약하면 신관 구관 중에서 구관 젤 끝방 이렇게 줄 거예요. 그래서 그런지 방에서 와이파이가 잘 안되더군요.

Location and facilities are fair. Staffs at front were very nice, But massage was not satisfactory.

시설, 관리 상태는 매우 우수한 편이고, 와이파이도 한 명이 쓸 수 있는 아이디를 제공합니다. 그러나 캄보디아 다른 주변처럼 물은 대단히 좋지 않습니다. 직원들의 서비스에 대한 개선이 이루어 진다면 가격대비 아주 우수한 곳이라 생각이 듭니다.

늦은시간 도착에도 불구하고 친절히 맞이하여 주었으며, 방배정에 관한 문의 하였을때 제차 확인하여 주는 점에서 서비스 정신이 참 좋았습니다. 방은 시티뷰쪽으로 침대도 크고 깔끔하고 툭툭을 이용한다면 시내도 그리 멀지 않습니다. 주변에 슈퍼마켓도 가깝습니다. 생각외로 너무 괜찮은 방을 괜찮은 가격에 구한것 같아 너무 맘에 듭니다. 다음에 여행을 온다면 다시 이용을 하고 싶습니다. 시간이 없어 수영장을 이용하지 못하여 아쉬웠습니다. 아침식사도 단체손님이 있었지만 부페도 좋았습니다.

Excellent and very clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, perfect facilities, great location, best food and service. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It is a bit of a blast from the past

Amazing place to stay, with a great restaurant and good price

The rooms were spacious the hallways wide and open. The restaurant where breakfast was served was not clean by any description . The hotel suffered from repeated power outages and wifi was questionable at times. The hotel had a very strange policy that a guest in your room for more than 5 minutes would result in an additional daily charge and no food or drink could be brought onto the property. I believe this property has an Expedia 4.2 rating I find that hard to believe.

This place was very lush and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was pretty descent- get an omelette from the omelette station, delicious! The pool made for a relaxing soak after a long day exploring Angkor Wat. This hotel is a 15 min tuk tuk ride from downtown Siem Reap, so we also visited the peaceful riverfront area- lots of good cafes there! We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and it was delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

朝食ビュッフェの内容が今一つでした。レストランも中国、韓国からの観光客が多くて騒がしかった。 部屋も隣室からの声がうるさかった、

Solid buffett

有機場接送服務，酒店員工非常友善，地理位置距離市區不遠，坐tak tak5分鐘到達。有機會可以試一試酒店我按摩，雖然有點貴，但是質素是ok的。

We spent 4 days 3 nights there. it was the first time for us to visit Cambodia, we are really attracted by the temple carvings but disappointed with the facilities in the hotel: the swimming pool is small, it looks dirty.

Positives: hotel staff was very friendly in the lobby. Negatives: - bed was rock hard - everything within the hotel is overpriced (drinks restaurant, tours etc) - far from the main area of siem reap - plates and cutlery were dirty - pool was dirty-rats running around by pool - had to ask several times for clean towels - staff around pool and in restaurants made the females on our trip feel uncomfortable Overall, can get a much better room and experience at a different hotel for the same or lower cost. Stay within walking distance of old market.

Nice place

Excellent dining facilities, staff very helpful, large room, good air-conditioner. The hotel pool was a bit too warm to be refreshing. It was the warmest pool I've ever swum in. Staff were very helpful. Despite the extremely hot weather the shower in our room was never actually hot (we stayed 4 nights) - it was warm, & satisfactory but not really hot. This sounds racist, but one concern was the large number of noisy Chinese (Koreans?) who don't show enough consideration for other guests. Their habits of picking their nose in public, spitting, very loud conversation, sneezing loudly without covering their mouth, etc, are off-putting. This is not the fault of the hotel - they need the business. Perhaps all hotels in Siem Reap suffer from the same problem.
