super posh hotel but the attitude from some staff really annoying. but generally nice to stay. nice thermal pool and sauna they equipped.

Nice location

If you want to have the lakeview, you should not check into this hotel. You only see streets with many small shops and parking cars. The facilities in the room and the bathroom are far from the 4 star hotels. It is such a disappointment, especially for a long trip from the Milano airport..

Fabulous hotel in the perfect location, a stones throw to the castle. A true oasis in the heart of Sirmione. Excellent restaurant and spa facilities. Plenty of sunbeds and breathtaking views. Exceeded my expectations.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location next to the old town and excellent facilities by the lake. Perfect spot for exploring as well as relaxing.

The room was clean and comfortable, and slippers were provided. The room I booked offered a beautiful view of both the lake and the hot spring pool below. The water in the hot spring pool is pumped directly from the bottom of the lake; you can actually smell the hint of sulfur, and it’s wonderfully warm. The hotel staff were all very polite, especially the restaurant team, whose service attitude was excellent. As for the food, I’d give it an 80 out of 100—good, but not quite perfect. The restaurant atmosphere was highly comfortable, and they have live music every Wednesday night, which was fantastic. Free parking is available, and the entrance to the old town and ancient castle is right next door, making it extremely convenient. I will definitely visit this hotel again!"

Third visit can’t fault the hotel at all restaurant is excellent lobster risotto a disaster but was changed immediately no problem would highly recommend it

Very friendly and staff all very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely return. Food great. Breakfast lovely.

Hyvä sijainti ja todella kaunis miljöö. Huone oli tilava ja sänky mukava. Palvelun taso oli hieman vaihtelevaa ja suurin miinus siitä, että hotelli veloitti lisähinnan allas-alueen käytöstä lähtöpäivänä.

we loved this hotel! the staff was fantastic - very friendly. Great location, close to everything. Breakfast was lovely and coffee was Italian excellence! i would for sure come back to this hotel!

The staff throughout the hotel was really friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering delicious food and beverages. The food at the restaurant and bar was excellent aswell as the drinks that were offered to us. We will definitely visit Grand Hotel Terme again!

Fantastic hotel and staff were amazing. Location is unmatched with perfect views of the lake. Truly memorable holiday.

This was the most relaxing stay. The thermal pool is a game changer. The spa services were top notch. The brunch was unreal. Staff were lovely. Would absolutely stay again!
