Compared to the price charged facilities are limited. Located in outskirts and limited transportation facilities. Ambience should be clean. Food Quality need to be improved.

Looks like staying next to the dump yard with lot of dust and mosquitos.

The location of property is not so good, its hard to find any transport outside the hotel. Rooms are also very small compared to the money they are charging.

Not clean. Basic amenities missions . Good area was unclean . Had to ask for plates for buffet. Food not up to mark. Not enough place to sit . What they show on hotel sites and what are is different.

Reception Personal straightly refused for any accommodation even i reserved it a week prior to check-in. Then after the arguments for approximately 30 minutes they gave me room... It’s very strange I never experienced this kind of weird behaviour when ever I booked my stay with make my trip... Food is ok... property is old now... mosquitoes are present in rooms also ... Over all stay ok-ok...

The staff was always available and tried to make our stay nice. Several issues were unacceptable. 1) WiFi was not available. 2) The rooms were old, door locks were not working, shower did not drain well. 3) Mosquitos were all over the front lobby. They were a real problem. 4) The location was poor. There was no place to shop or restaurants within walking distance. The best thing at this property is an excellent hotel restaurant. The food and service was excellent.

Booked through Expedia, so the Hotel didn't issue the Bill, which is required for Govt official.

It was quite decent ecperience. the rooms were excellent. Food was good.

Overall average. Security staff is unhelpful during rains and parking of cars etc. even after reception told them. Hotel does not have a porch. Housekeeping is good.

Hotel is nice but quite far. You can not find public bus services and you have to always book car or auto if want to go out.

Calm quiet and affordable stay. Can't ask for more for the money spent. Restaurant food is good. Quality of services beyond expectation staff members are courteous. Definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Pros: value for money , room facilities quite ok for its price. Cons : no bar and location is in residential area and you need to walk a long distance to find anything but hotel provide free drop to nearest market.

I have stayed earlier at ginger. The condition is the same. Needs lots of improvement. Specially cleanliness. The wash room was stinking most of the time. But at the price which I got the room it was worth every penny.

It was very good & satisfting.

Nothing to complain about the hotel itself,but it is too far out of town,no restaurants nearby and shower didn't drain properly,so the floor was always wet. Plus people playing cricket outside at 6.30am a bit much.If they just played ok but clapping and cheering wasn't appreciated by me

Hotel location is remote for any movement taxi to be hired. Rooms and beds are small. Room furnishing and cleanliness is good. Staff are efficient and polite. Overall it is comfortable and good value for money.
