The location was very good and safe. The hotel is near supermarket, restaurants. The room was big and comfortable. But the room wasn't soundproof. I can hear sounds from the hall and downstairs. But if I have a chance, I would like to stay this hotel again.

The room is decent for the price, staff are friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning at the WTC location. The fitness room is poorly equipped and dirty and dusty. I have never seen anyone cleaning it, not weights, only one of the three cardio machines was functional, the Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak, then it was constantly disconnecting from our devices as well as from the smart tv located in the bedroom. The units lack in cleaning, the floor was always so dirty regardless of the maids’ efforts. There were crumbles of food under the sofa. Also, the utensils given for the kitchen are low in quality and not enough to cook. Great location though. However, the windows are not noise-cancelling, the windows locks are all broken. I had to wear some earplugs for sleep.
