깨끗하고 가성비 좋아요. 다만 시내에서 멀리 떨어져있어서 차가 없으면 이동하기 힘들어요. 트램역과도 거리가 좀 있어요.

출국 전날에 머물렀어요 호텔 전체적으로 좋았습니다

깔끔하고 조식도 훌륭합니다. 자동차 여행으로 다니기 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 마트도 있어서 편리합니다.

앞뒤로 탁트인 view와 5성급 호텔 못지 않은 독일의 정서를 갖고있는 호텔이다. 직원들의 친절한 안내와 서비스는 아주 만족스럽다. 조식도 매우 훌륭하다. 호텔 건너편에 워치한 대형 마트도 이용이 편리하다. 시내 마리온광장 까지는 약30분 소요되지만 차로 이동하는 여행객중 한가함과 여유로움을 원한다면 추천하고 싶은 숙소이다.

독일에서 묶었던곳에서 가장 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 특히 수영장이 좋았네요

컨퍼런스조건을 잘 갖추고 있어요.조식이며 사우나 수영장 짐 모두 최신 시설에 매우 친절합니다. 시내에서 위치가 좋지 않아서 기차역에서 버스로 이동하는 것은 약간 불편했어요

출장으로는 좋아요 주위에 식당, 슈버마켓, 드럭스토어 있음 아침식사도 좋음

좋은 선택이었습니다 대형마트가 바로앞에 있고 멀지 않은곳에 드럭스토어와 맥도날드, 샌드위치가게가 있습니다 대체로 깔끔하나 냉장고가 없습니다 조식은 훌륭합니다

Very nice hôtel and spa, and good restaurant but terrible pillow in the bed. Couldn’t sleep well. Mind if you are pillow sensitive

Super Hotel, super Zimmer, super Essen, super Personal. Sehr gutes Hotel nur zu empfehlen.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The property itself is very good: spacious and comfortable rooms, an excellent spa area with large saunas, a great bar, and a decent restaurant. The location close to the airport is clearly a major advantage. However, the service level consistently falls short of what one would expect from a self-proclaimed 4.5-star hotel. Reception is often understaffed (sometimes only one person, occasionally no visible staff at all). The spa area feels unsupervised, with no visible personnel. There is no valet service, and guests are required to park in the back and carry their luggage without assistance. Overall, there is very little sense of proactive service or guest support. On a previous stay during heavy snowfall, the front parking area was half empty but blocked off for a future event. Despite explaining that I was leaving early the next morning and would not interfere with the event, the request to temporarily park in front was refused without flexibility. The interaction was polite, but completely rigid and indifferent. The hotel clearly benefits from conference business and airport-related agreements, and the infrastructure reflects that. Unfortunately, the service culture does not match the level of the facilities. A very good property, but the service experience prevents it from feeling like a true 4.5-star hotel, but rather Self-Serivce budget property.

Clean room, good food, good atmosphere, well decorated and in good condition. Free parking and access to major roads easy. Great supermarket next door Lovely staff.

Zimmer/ bad sauber und schön aber der wellness Bereich ist sehr kalt und zu klein für die Hotel größe. Das ist sehr schade für den Preis, den man zahlt.

Amazing stay, beautiful hotel with nice amenities. It was about 15 minutes from the airport, check-in was easy and free on site parking. Staff was super friendly and made our stay welcoming. Also offered dog bowls for our furbaby. Wish the stay was longer.

Zimmer war top! Sehr sauber und stylisch…
