매우친절한 스텝과 훌륭한 객실상태 전망이 매우 좋고 깨끗합니다 해변까지는 걸어다닐수없고, 픽업서비스도 20유로, 와이파이가 1일 10유로로 다소 비싼편입니다(로컬버스이용가능 배차30분)

10월 말에 이용을 했습니다. 가격 대비 나쁘지 않았습니다. ^_^ 위치가 맨 꼭대기에 있어서 전망은 좋았습니다. 해변까지 내려 가는데 바로 앞 버스 정류장이 있어서 편했습니다. 4인에 20만원대에 이용을 했기 때문에 상당히 좋았습니다. 가성비 나쁘지 않았다고 생각이 됩니다. 조식을 방으로 배달을 해 줍니다. 크로와상 빵 진짜 맛있었습니다. ^_^

시타버스에서 내리고나서는 가까워서 좋았어요~ 근데 시내(비치)랑은 쫌 거리가잇어서 계단을 쫌 마니 올라야데요 ㅎ 조식은 룸서비스해주고 대체적으로 깔끔햇습니당

아마 15분넘게 걸릴것이다 인터넷에눈 무료 beach 셔틀이라해놓고 막상가니 없다는 ㅠㅠ 무료 와이파이가 아니라 무척 아쉽고 사용하려면 10유로 ! 너무 비싼듯 단, 하나의 장점은 SITA버스 정류장 1분거리라는점 ㅎㅎ

포지타노까지 이동이 쉽지 않아, 포지타노의 시타버스 첫 정류장에서 가까운 점은 좋았다. 그리고 룸의 상태도 나쁘지 않았다. 다만 스텝에 비해 주인의 서비스 마인드가 아쉬웠다.

시타버스로 포지타노 첫번째 정류장 바로옆임. 해변까지는 호텔나와서 왼쪽 30m가면 30분마다 유료순환버스이용 하면 됩니다. 시타버스정류장과 동일하며 정류장 앞 상점에서 티켓구매 가능. 주변조용하고 대부분 방이 오션뷰. 조식은 바다를보며 발코니에서 낭만적으로 즐길 수 있습니다.

4인용룸을 예약했는데 침대하나를 메인침대 밑 간이용 침대로 준 것을 보고 너무 놀랐음. 호텔에 대한 정보가 너무 부족함. 4인용룸인데 룸 크기도 작은데다 화장실이 하나밖에 없고 작고 욕조도 없어 불편했음. 뷰는 좋았으나 룸은 거의 잠을 잘때밖에 사용하지 않음.

시설도 좋고 시타버스 타기에 위치도 좋고 다만, 뷰는 좀 안타깝네요.

The outside appearance, location, and views of the hotel were the only things satisfactory. The manager didn't speak English and was not accommodating or hospitable. Leo and Eva were kind and trying to be a helpful as possible. They upcharged for a ride anywhere and charged different rates ($25-$50 USD per ride).The bedspread and couch had stains, were dusty and never cleaned/washed. The manager didn't explain that we had to leave our key with them in order to have them clean our room which is a security hazard as I had items in the safe. The breakfast was not good and they charged for anything cooked. Overall, I'm disappointed for spending this kind of money on this stay as I was paying hefty for a view and that's it. Loved Positano but not this hotel.

Great Internet access. Staff was amazing, always available to assist. Excellent location, close to everything.

Room was great but staff was not as friendly

The staff/ owner was very attentive and kind to us. We enjoyed the view and having breakfast brought to our room each day. The only suggestion would bento have more water pressure for the 3 rd floor. Shower was a trickle. Beautiful place!

The attention in general is good but the parking of the car they charged me 80 euros per day and they had told me that it was between 40 and 50 euros. Outside in the parking spaces they charge 40 euros per day Breakfast is nothing special, very simple: coffee, eggs and bread, if you want something extra they charge you

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, cared for, and surrounded by beauty. Positano is breathtaking, but this property and its staff made it even more unforgettable. The hotel is stunning. Every detail feels thoughtful and authentic. The views are picture perfect and the atmosphere is serene and elegant. We booked the suite and I completely recommend it. It was spacious, luxurious, and offered sweeping views that felt like waking up inside a dream. The balcony alone was worth every penny. What made the stay truly special was the incredible front desk staff. They were the kindest and most attentive people I have ever met in my travels. From offering local recommendations, to assisting with transportation, to greeting us with genuine warmth every time we walked through the door, they made us feel not like guests but like family. Every touch mattered, from smooth check in to thoughtful housekeeping. The staff’s pride in their work and love for their city shined through. We left not only relaxed and grateful but also deeply moved by the kindness we received. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. I will recommend it to anyone traveling to the Amalfi Coast and I am already dreaming of the day we can return.

Do not stay here! I repeat do not stay here! This place charged me for minibar items I had not used. The beds are hard as a rock. I thought I was Fred Flintstone sleeping on the mattress. The management also doesn't know one thing about running a business

This was an amazing experience! The room was beautiful and the view is something we will never forget. Breakfast was delivered to our room and it was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and sweet, made us feel at home. Would do it all over again. Grazie!

The Staff was absolutely amazing. Felicia and Walter are fantastic, and super warm and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is fantastic near Via Nazionale and walkable to everything in Rome.

It’s not worth what I paid. This place is way high up in positano. Hot water was just like Luke warm more like cold. Shower size is very tiny. Bed is uncomfortable and loose. Same breakfast every day in the room. No other option. Very limited choice. Very disappointing. I am sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No lobby at all.
