Not a latest hotel but still fine to stay with my family. Because the hotel located on the top part of hill, our room's view was fantastic but downtown is little bit far to go by walking.

Wonderful good size room, nice and quiet, well appointed, great amenities. I wish I had bought my grandson to help work out the many TV channel options. Hotel in a great location, plenty of parking. We will return.

Excellent location with views of Nelson bay. We were given a low floor unit so views were so-so, but get a higher floor and I think the views would be more impressive. Overall, it’s a clean and well maintained service apartment. Great for short stays.

Generally a good choice for Nelson Bay. We were very disappointed because the swimming pool (heated!) was closed for renovations, but we were not notified.

A clean and well presented room - a very comfortable bed and good pressure in the shower

Clean room with perfect amenities with a 2 person spa in the bathroom was great for our stay, really friendly staff and the veiw was amazing close to everything. will definitely be back.
