Good hotel

The bed was super comfy

Very nice place to stay at an affordable price.

While not as comfortable as the CHOICE hotel beds, the bed was nice. The lack of bedside tables was troublesome; we used the only table for the CPAP and a footstool for another nightstand. The one elevator was so slow that a cute sign was posted saying that it was not slow, but relaxed. I'm not sure why the other faster elevator didn't come up as often as the slow one. We took the stairs when without luggage. The staff was exceptional. The young man on duty when we checked in went to secure a luggage cart for us. The young lady was also very helpful and industrious all weekend. The young woman when we checked out did not seem up to the standards the others set. The elevated prices are much too high. We are not likely to visit the area again if it is a time when room rates are tripled.

Breakfast was basic. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Loved the ambiance of the hotel. Internet is slow though

The window shades are amazing! If you travel alot, you know that there is usually a stream of light that you just can't block. They planned ahead and it is in a track. No light filtering through! Beteeen that and the beautifully appointed room, we are thrilled with our accommodations!

They upgraded our room for no extra charge which was nice. The breakfast was just okay.

Lamp was broken and just sitting on a ledge in the room the tub would not stop running the top was missing off the bathroom sink. I believe our room needed the most repairs room service never came. There was a lot of noise and ruckus in the hallway. The last night of our stay elevator was working very slow and panicking while we were on it overall horrible.

Beautiful hotel very close to the aquarium and Cincinnati. The babies had so much fun at the pool. The elevators are a little scary but other than it was very clean, very friendly staff.

Lovely properly. Rooms are large and clean. We did have an issue with our first room, the AC did not work. But the manager quickly resolved it and moved us to a new room right away. Staff is friendly.

The room was actually pretty spacious and seemed fairly clean until we noticed ants swarming some drinks we sitting by the tv on the morning of check out. The breakfast was just ok, nothing was kept very warm at all and the flavor was lackluster. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything else was very clean and well kept. I do have to say when I told front staff about the ant problem she said she’d have them check it out.

Hotel in a good location, clean, and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was the beds were way too firm for our liking and they need to move the smoke detectors away from the beds. That light at night is annoying as is blinks constantly.

Nice free breakfast, but I think you guys are using “My pillows“ for the bed. It was hard to fall asleep. Plus, the walls must be thin because we had to listen to the couple next to us all night. I don’t think you should put people Next door if you can avoid it.

I arrived at this hotel around 11:30pm and the girl at the desk was quick and super nice. The room was clean and comfortable. There were good options for breakfast which was good as well.

Convenience the CVG airport

Clean, quiet and excellent shower. Hard to find with no visible signage on interstate from the south.
