Beautiful hotel, built in 1899 and maintained in excellent condition, near the water and just blocks away from Petoskey's shops and restaurants. We plan to stay here again the next time we travel to Petoskey.

We loved the furniture, the historic vibe, friendly staff, very clean, and the view of sunset over the lake was spectacular! Thank you!

The property has a unique architecture that we like. The panoramic views of the bay from the dining hall were gorgeous especially after the snow fall. The noggin pup made you feel like you were in a speak easy.

The hotel is amazing! Such a cool location. It’s beautiful, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived after skiing. We had considered eating somewhere else in town but ended up staying and having dinner and drinks at the Noggin Room. The beds were so comfortable!! We were also given a free breakfast and it was also delicious. Love this place!

The staff at this hotel was AMAZING!!

We like the hotel's history and location in the historical downtown of Petoskey. The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous lake views. The desk clerk is very welcoming and knowledgeable of the town"s and hotel's history. We also chose thus location as it is in the middle of two ski areas: Boyne Mountain and Highlands.

The service on Monday night was outstanding in the Nogg Room. Brianne was friendly and enjoyable to be amongst.. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. I had my daily fruit toast and 1 egg and the server was very polite and friendly. The 2 servers were working in tandem offering coffee and a greeting then she came up and got my order immediately after coffee and water was served.

Love staying at the Perry…an easy walk into quaint downtown Petoskey

Historic, charming hotel with excellent service. Excellent location and restaurant on site. Clean with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast choices and views of the bay.

Quick, friendly check in - Katani was helpful in fixing a booking error . Small room but comfortable and clean. Restaurant was lovely, many choices for breakfast and delicious. Mackenzie, our server, made us feel welcome and she provided excellent recommendations- the eggs Benedict and cinnamon roll were superb.

Staff were so kind!

We have been coming to visit the Petoskey area for ten years in the late summer but never during the dead of winter. The town was magical and charming in a blanket of snow, and The Perry Hotel was the ideal place to experience this. Gorgeous dining room lovely historic room, great staff. It reminded us of stays at The Drake Hotel in Chicago. Delightful experience---we'll be back!!
