The hotel is well located and have an amazing breakfast. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy, the bathroom is small. The gym was very very bad.

The rooms require immediate update; the smell coming from the out-of-service elevator was very strong and unpleasant; your usual cuisine failed this time, although I must point your service remains great.

Excellent quality, the breakfast service was so great. The personnel is very attentive and the hotel location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to SantaFe Mall. I would return.

Sin dudas lo que marca la diferencia en este hotel es el personal que atiende, desde que llegué y me recibieron las maletas de la mejor manera hasta la agradable charla con el personal mientras esperaba el ascensor. Lo destaco porque soy persona de negocios y viajó todos los meses por trabajo a diferentes países y hoteles. Sin dudas regresare a este hotel. Un punto a mejorar, me llegó primero el plato principal y luego la entrada en la cena. Saludos cordiales RN

The staff was amazing. My only real complaint is that they laundry service is ridiculously priced in the worst way. They charge something like 40k pesos for a single tshirt. I used an outside laundry service that did our laundry by the kg. 4.5
