The property never gave me instructions to get in to the room after several attempts. I had to get another room and I am attempting to get a refund.

Free Parking was a blessing as you have to pay everywhere in Nelson bay. Easy walk into town.

What a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly (Thankyou Carol) we had a great short stay. Easy walking to shops and marina. Pool was great for the kids too.
