Drikkeglassene ved frokosten var skjoldete og ikke ordentlig rene. Tallerknene hadde også synlige rester etter vask. Ikke delikat.

Veldig kaldt på rommet. Varmekablene på badet var ikke på. Noe skittent på veggen. Helt ok service. Den gratis middagen var i noe som minnet om en kantine.

Hade en ismaskin som lät väldigt mycket utanför rummet trots att det inte fungerade att få ut is från den. Annars ok.

Det er koselige rom med deilige senger og flere puter. Frokosten har et godt utvalg. Hotellet ligger midt i Oslo sentrum med kort veg til det meste.

Loved staying here. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a convenient location in Oslo. The breakfast was surprising, because there were about thirty options, and all very high quality. The dinner was quite tasty with a variety of dishes. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was separated into two rooms, and even had a bathtub. Wonderful experience!

Breakfast was outstanding. Fika and dinner were included so that was nice. The dinner themes Mexican/Italian etc) were a bit odd though.

Sentralt og koselig hotell med god frokost. Veldig lettvint med trikken rett utenfor døra, og 5-10 min. gangavstand til Oslo S og Karl-Johan. Fikk ikke prøvd kveldsmat og Fika, men det blir neste gang. Servicevennlig betjening både under frokost og i resepsjonen.

Very friendly staff and Breakfasts and Dinners were excellent. The room was also in good shape and the only issue I had (lighting issue) was handled swiftly and effectively. A great stay . . . If in Oslo again would have no hesitation about coming back. Thanks.

Perfect location, the best breakfast buffet i have ever had. Loved everything about the hotel.

A Nice compact room. Cleverly laid out to include all the expected amenities but tucked away. The bed was comfy. I didn’t arrive early enough for dinner on a Sunday and most places were closed in the area surrounding the hotel - though it’s very central.

Perfect location for food and transport: directly inside the theater passage, there are two entrances so you can choose whether to go to central station (3 min by walking) or to a big place with lots of other restaurants. Best breakfast ever experienced! Lots of extravagant goods like two types of salmon, chocolate cheese, fresh made espresso, fresh fruits for cereals or pancakes every day. Lots of green vegetables. Friendly staff
