Good stay in the Mercure staff were polite and very helpful.

The room is clean comfy bed and nice place. The hotel is walking from the restaurants etc. Friendly staff and very accommodating

Front office sangat ramah, mau bantu order taxi, kamar kecil tapi bersih, rapi. Puas akan mengrekomen ke teman atau saudara.

All is good except for parking. I was there for business trip but there was no place if I rent car there to use

Service is excellent. Hotel is very clean. However, bathroom is small and shower and tap are not well maintained.

Hotel is nicely located in the city of Hanoi. Many foreign tourist are staying in this hotel. However, room service menu (options) need to be improved. Overall stay is ok
