Extraordinarily kind and clean. Spent well-deserved holidays here!

Our 24 hour staycation was exactly what we needed. Impeccable property with enough shop/food options nearby. Breakfast in the room was the best way to soak up every minute before check out. Staff were incredible!!!

I booked this hotel primarily due to the spa. And I was aware months ago that the primary spa was under renovation but called the front desk and was told that all guests would have full access to the Nordic spa. I was not told that the Nordic spa required a reservation. We arrived and found it was fully booked. I explained that's the whole reason we booked the hotel, got no real empathy or genuine attempt to accommodate, and settled to be put on the waitlist should anyone cancel. We then went to the pool/hot tub area from 4:30 until 6PM to observe that the Nordic spa was not being used by any guests. It was empty the whole time. Very frustrating to say the least. Aside from the dissappointment of the Nordic spa miscommunications, everything else was great. But that was a major detractor from the overall experience and I would've stayed elsewhere had I known.

Lovely immaculate room

This is a beautiful property with very nice rooms and amenities, but what stands out is the exceptional service. Every single staff person we interacted with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We travel quite a bit and I would put the service we rec'd in the top tier of all the high end hotels we've visited around the world.

Room was great, spacious and very clean. Hotel has a great ambiance as well. Hot tub and pool with the Cabana bar is a treat as well.
