Muy limpia, el personal muy amable y atento, solo no me gustó que estuvieran entrando a la habitación cada que salíamos de ella. El baño estaba algo peligroso xq se sentía resbaloso xq estaba muy alta la entrada, para una persona mas adulta poco seguro. Pero a pesar de eso Si lo recomiendo, la alberca súper limpia, la playa muy accesible

Desde días antes de nuestra llegada comprobamos la atención y calidez en el trato al cliente. Celebrâbamos nuestro 40 años de casados y nuestro cuarto estuvo decorado con pétalos y flores, . El sitio es bello por tener una vegetación tan exuberante. La alberca tranquila y cuidada. Nuestro cuarto tenía una salita, terraza, hamaca y un jacuzzi El sonido de las olas se disfruta mucho sobre todo por las noches El restaurante es uno de los mejores de Zihuatanejo . El hotel conecta con el Paseo del P Pescador Nuestra estancia fue inolvidable. Y tal cual lo presentó la IA, preguntamos por la señorita Rosy que siempre cuidó cada detalle con una sonrisa Fue una muy buena elección y por supuesto que lo recomendamos. Gracias!!! Volveremos !!!

Great stay in Zihua. Beautiful beachfront hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room. I'd definitely stay again. I did think the restaurant was slightly overpriced but that's your choice if you go there or not.

The hotel was exceptional and the quiet location in Zihuatanejo was perfect for enjoying the city by foot. The room (more like an apartment) was large and comfortable (with AC) and well maintained. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant and very responsive to our needs and questions. Our trip to Zihuatanejo was accentuated by the wonderful experience we enjoyed at the hotel.

El hotel es extraordinario,mejor de como se ve en las fotos, todo nos encantó, desde las habitaciones super cómodas,limpias,la cama deliciosa, tina de hidromasaje perfecta para disfrutar en la terraza con unas vistas de otro nivel hacia la playa, la zona de la alberca está bellísima muy limpia, cuenta con muchos camastros, tanto afuera y adentro de la alberca, hamacas, mesas con sombrillas y muchas áreas para poder estar muy agusto, la temperatura de la alberca está super rica calentita,su playa es muy linda y tiene un restaurant muy rico ,también hacen masajes de todo tipo. El personal de todo el hotel son demasiado atentos y siempre al pendiente de los huéspedes. Sin duda regresaría, lo recomiendo ampliamente tanto para ir en viaje en pareja o familiar, y de descanso. Excelentes vacaciones

This is a fantastic place to stay!! We have stayed here twice and can't wait to go back. The staff are exceptional. The rooms are amazing. The food if delicious!

This hotel was very nice to stay. Convenient to be at the waterfront. Staff was very friendly. Only one thing that Shock me and it was very strange. Our room was cleaned up around noon. But and hour later it was redone and completely changed out.

Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.

Clean room. Room 17. Top level with beautiful view of the bay. Pool was spotless, loungers on the beach and beach food service was great. We already booked the same unit for next year! Love it.

Impecable, funcional. Limpio. La alberca esta muy padre para los niños ( 4 y 6 años) hay una resbaladilla divertida.

Enjoyed our stay, great central location overlooking the water. Rooms are nice, pool was clean. It was slow season so we had hotel to our selves. Short walk to everything in town. Has nice beach access directly in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Laundromat a block away did a weeks worth of clothes for two people, same day for around $7. Great breakfast spot Bartolos in front of hotel. Would recommend for sure.
