Staff are pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good. The AC was not working in the room so the bedroom was quite warm and garbage in the kitchenette had not been emptied prior to our stay. Staff were made aware of concerns and they indicated a willingness to address them.

All in all, very good. The only negative was the hair dryer in our room did not work.

Nice room and executive suite. No housekeeping on weekends to make up beds.

This hotel is a perfect place to stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Rooms fully equipped with everything you could need. Beautifully decorated. Excellent breakfast selection. Super quiet. My 4th visit here Sept 18/25 for a concert. Highly recommend!

Room was clean but needed paint & new carpet. Hairdryer didn't work, TV remote didn't work, pillows were lumpy. Not enough parking for guests. Staff were friendly.

The room was larger than your average room. There was a lot of white noise which I thought would prevent me from sleeping but it had the opposite effect. Th breakfast had a better selection than most other hotels. The pool could have been cleaner.

Very seamless check in. Room was very clean and quiet. We’ll return!!

Hotel wanted to charge $50 for early check-in. Wouldn't release the room until 3pm even though it was ready and we were there at 2pm. Not very accommodating at all. A few other issues, the toilet was not secure and rocked when you sat on it. Carpet was dirty. Our room keys stopped working. I would stay somewhere else next time.

It had good coneniences like the pool and free breakfast

The receptionist was friendly, the room was quiet. I had a great sleep!

Great size rooms, though I have heard there is a renevation coming that may change that - we will see!
