Nice hotel in quiet position but within walking distance to town and gondola. Large spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Dinner includes local wines and beer.Lovely spa area. Very friendly and helpful reception man Salih. Thank you

We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One of the nights there was organised stand up comedy for the guests which was different and amusing.

The spa is fantastic

No covid measures at all. Very crowded. Nobody was wearing masks even the employees.

The hotel and staff were great. Minor issue was the need to walk outside for a few minutes to get to our room. We weren’t aware of this at booking.
