5~6명이 숙박할 수 있는 코티지 스타일의 숙박 시설로 침실 2개, 각 방에 침대 3개, 샤워실과 화장실이 있는 욕실 2개가 있습니다. 그리고 중간에 화장실이 하나 더 있어요. 주방에는 온수기만 있습니다. 냉장고도 있고, 차를 불러 별장까지 데리러 갈 수 있어요. 직접 조금 걸어가면 전체적인 분위기가 좋아요.

My family & friends had pleasant to stay here. The facilities, services & scene just awesome. But they not offer free entrance to snow park for kids as advertised, this is something disappointed.

Hello, I am staying at karuizawa yesterday and I left my laptop bag at the lobby. Tried to call but person in charge cannot speak emglish and the one who speak english no respond at all to my question, tried to call 2-3 times no one can help even they soeak english only say no. For 4 starts hotel I would appreciate if they can help furher with such important needs.
