The location is good

Staff was great and helpful. Food was amazing and hotel was clean. Views from the hotel were not good and most of the rooms don't have a balcony.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Manali. Their rooms are amazing, staff is prompt and helpful and prices are nominal. In fact, it gives best bang for buck in all of Manali. Their heating works really well, they have real 24*7 running hot water, and they serve you with a smile. They’ll even call you to make sure you’ve had breakfast, dinner etc. Their laundry prices are also very reasonable and they hosted daily events. The only thing a bit awkward as a solo Traveller was its focused on couples. 10/10.

We booked a deluxe room in this hotel for 3 nights and paid around 6000 Rs. Including taxes per night. For that amount of money the hotel is simply not good enough. Deluxe room is very small and very dull in lighting. Food options were very good but the quality needs a little improvement. Book this hotel for its super deluxe and family / honeymoon suite which also costs a bomb of money. Overall a bad experience for us.

Nice enough hotel, staff a little abrasive and not overly helpful. **warning** this hotel is NOT where it says on the map! We found out the hard way! If you're not selfdriving / taking a taxi, please check the location on googlemaps first If you arrive early, there is a convenient waiting room. Room service at no extra charge is a nice touch and the food is good. A nice (1km+) walk to the Mall Road but difficult to get auto's back to the hotel at night. Approx cost is Rs.150 if you can get one but the traffic is very bad so they don't like to go. Positive part is that is busy enough to walk without feeling unsafe.

My stay was for four nights , I really enjoyed the stay the staff , hospitality , food eveything was just excellent...

The room was very spacious and clean. The size of the bed is small but okay. Location is good specially for a early morning walk. Restaurant food was delicious.

Staff was pretending to provide final bills. Room service was excellent. Food and other amenities were good. They were not providing pick up and drop from Volvo bus stand.
