직원들이 매우 매우 친절하고 방도 아늑하며 화장실도 깨끗했습니다! 저는 이용하지 않았지만 지하에는 물과 차를 마음것 먹을수 있는 도서관?이 있으며, 앞에 체크인 하시는 분들이 아이를 동행하였는데 유아 장난감? 공구? 같은 것도 제공해주는 것을 보았습니다. 근처에 coop도 있고 주차장에 딸려있는 편의점도 가까워서 편리합니다! 단점이 있다면 베른 역에서 8분정도 트램을 타야한다는 점? 하지만 동네도 매우 조용하고 호텔에서 교통권도 주기 때문에 문제없었습니다! 또한, 3층에서 채취한 벌꿀이 조식에 나오는데 맛있엇고 빵도 데워달라고하면 따뜻하게 구워줍니다! 스테프가 너무 침절하여 다시 베른 가면 이용하고싶고 이렇게 후기를 남깁니다. (제가 갈땐 겨울이여서 클리닝스태프들이 난로도 하나 더 주셨습니다!!)

주택가에 위치하고 있어서 숙소가 조용하고, 방도 넓고 쾌적하고 화장실도 넓어서 정말 좋았어요. 리셉션 직원도 친절하고 조식도 다양했어요. 계란 삶는 기계랑 커피머신이 갖춰져있었어요. 4인실 이용했는데 정말 좋았어요. 코너룸이라 창문도 양쪽으로 나있고, 볕도 잘들고 창밖으로 공원이 보여요. 다음에 또 베른에 온다면 여기 묵고 싶네요.^^

모던한 분위기의 깨끗한 호텔 입니다. 방 크기는 다소 작은듯 했습니다. 조식은 무난했고, 종류도 무난한 편입니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 장미공원이 도보로 15분이 안되서 걸어서 베른 시내 야경보러 다녀왔습니다. 전체적으로 무난한 숙소 입니다.

베른 구 시가지 관광 시작점으로 적합한 장소에 위치하고 있습니다. 도서관이 있어서 아이들과 함께 여행하기 매우 좋았습니다. 침구와 시설도 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

베른 중심가로부터 다소 떨어져 있지만 버스를 안내해주어 편하게 다녔습니다. 그만큼 밤에는 조용하고 쾌적합니다. 서비스가 가격대비 만족스럽습니다.

침대가 너무 푹신하고 너무 좋았네요

베른중앙역과 거리가 있어 캐리어를 끌고 가기 힘들거라 생각했지만 막상 이동해보니 트램타고(9번) 정류장에 내려 얼마 안가 호텔이 위치해 있어서 매우 편했습니다. 인근에 카지노도 있었고, 트램 내리는 정류장에는 마트도 있어 매우 편리하게 이용했습니다. 스위스의 전반적으로 비싼 호텔가격에 괜찮은 아침식사까지 제공하는 이정도 가격, 이정도 시설의 호텔을 묵을 수 있어서 만족할 만한 숙박이었습니다.

Hotel's atmosphere was young and lively and hotel staff were very kind. Although it was located bit far from the tram station, the size of the room was decent, and it was very clean. Above all breakfast was GREAT! Compared to the room rate, this hotel is absolutely recommendable.

오래된 건물이었지만 리모델링해서 욕실 및 침대 등 모두 깨끗합니다. 프론트에서 무료 과일 및 캔디 서비스도 좋았고, 호텔 주변이 조용하고 한적해서 복잡하지 않아 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 주말에는 주변 무료주차를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 여행 도중 이용하기에 가격 대비 우수한 호텔입니다.

すごく清潔でおしゃれ。使える食器も多く、家族向けにはピッタリ。ベルン駅までバスで2駅。至便で良し。

Great location! Excellent space and good furniture. Room got really hot at the end of the day. No air conditioning and one fan was not enough.

Super friendly staff. They gave me a dry back for a river float which was marvelous. 5 minute walk to the bus & tram. Super convenient to the convention hall. Little kitchenette worked perfectly and COOP grocery store for breakfast goods 5 minutes away.

I was worried about the lack of AC and the teeny tiny room. YES the room was small, but it was well-appointed and housed a little "hidden" kitchen under the counter. It also had a decent-sized fridge. The room was clean and had storage and cubbies to help fit everything. Yes, you had to sleep with the window open, but the neighborhood was quiet. Compared to my next hotel, which boasted AC (barely worked) and a larger room, this place was a gem. The next property had no fridge, no decent storage, horrible lighting, and no comfortable seating. Give the Alpenblick a try, you wont be disappointed! Another cool thing-they have their own bees!

Fantastic hotel. Some of the nicest staff ever! Great location with beautiful room. We had the family room that sleeps four. Two adults and two adult sized teenagers fit very comfortably. Huge bathroom and even a mini kitchen. Beautiful library on the floor with extra space to spend time in. Coffee, tea, water and even milk for coffee included with stay. We loved it here.

Very positively surprised. It is a great kind of hotel. The layout of the room was very functional and I appreciated the refrigerator. Very friendly and professional staff.

We stayed one night at this hotel and really enjoyed it. From the check in process, to check out, everything was flawless. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were taken care of. The room itself is very clean and cozy. Everything you need is there. The hotel also offers laundry services, which was very helpful for our travel. Definitely recommend and would come back here again.

Apesar de ser bem pequeno, tinha muitas facilidades o quarto. Tem uma mini cozinha, com cooktop, frigobar, uma variedade enorme de louças, panelas e talheres. Chegamos e entramos com uma senha fornecida por e-mail, tanto na portaria principal, quanto no quarto. Ficamos bem instalados, apesar de não ter conforto. Eu diria que foi bem prático. Pedimos a limpeza do quarto e não foi feita. Reforçamos na recepção para retirarem o lixo, porque ficamos 3 dias e estava transbordando no primeiro dia, porque cozinhamos. O café da manhã no quarto não vale a pena, é barato, mas não vem nada. Veio 1 croissant, 1 suco pequeno de garafa. E nos informaram que era para pegar a geleia e a manteiga em outro andar. Pedimos somente para ver como era. No final tivemos que reclamar porque cobraram 1 a mais. Eu recomendaria esse hotel, pela praticidade de ter a cozinha, mas só isso.

Friendly staff and safe neighborhood, COOP and Migro supermarket in walking distance. Kitchen kits and room cleanliness are perfect. Alpenblick will be my first choice staying in Bern.
