Conosco questo hotel da tanti anni e ogni volta che torno trovo un peggioramento Questa ultima volta sono rimasto due notti e non dopo la prima notte non hanno fatto la pulizia della stanza e neanche rifatto il letto ... pessimo servizio e inoltre il materasso è morbido e cosa peggiore mettono la tela cerata come si mette ai bambini che fanno pipi a letto .... Orribile

The hotel was very clean, but the furnishings were a bit dated. The staff was wonderful and friendly. I had an issue with the air conditioner, as it was impossible to control it from the room.

The first panic was to find the hotel - our navigator got us near Warszawa in the middle of the rush hour; and next, when we actually found the hotel, the exit was blocked with construction workers. But the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful and our room was also a good size for three of us - so the accommodation was ok for a one night stay. Due to the corona restriction, the breakfast was a bit confusing.
