No one can speak engish, communication zero, shuttle. Bus to the Canton fair is usually complementary. Hot water not there, room wifi and lobby wifi not working. All TV channel in chinese language, except one. That also certain time. Will definitely never go again nor will recommend anybody.

The rooms are OK. The service is bad due there is no one who can speak English, and due to this, there were few times we argue over things as they don't understand what we ask and hence crate a misunderstanding and it does not have a good impact.
