Very good. Clean, nice onsen and kind staff

It’s old and dated but you can find some comfortness in the hotel and hot spring. Golf is nice and nearby sightseeing is fun, although it’s not easy to get around on public transportation. Room was big with separate living space and food was ok., not excellent.

방 크기 전망 청결도 모두 좋았으며 온천도 우윳빛 노천탕이 훌륭했고 호텔로비에서 골프장로비까지 도보3분의 너무 편리하고 골프장 그린도 빠르게 관리되어 있었습니다 단지 차 없이는 매우 불편합니다

호텔 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 온천호텔 답게 온천도 아주 편안하였습니다. 대중 교통 이용시 호텔의 위치가 조금 애매합니다.

It is a stunning property with a great onsen attached

La chambre est sympa, esprit traditionnel japonais. Par contre, nous avons été refusé du onsen car nous étions tatoués, nous comprenons la tradition et la politique de l’hôtel à ce sujet. Cependant, les échanges avec le personnel d’accueil était très froid et loin d’être à la hauteur d’un hôtel à ce tarif. Concernant les repas, rien d’extraordinaire et rapport qualité prix à fuir. Nous n’avons pas retrouvé dans cet établissement la bienveillance et la qualité de service que nous avons découvert au Japon grâce a nos autres expériences.

Room was spacious and gorgeous. Dinner was absolutely delicious. Staff comes and makes your bed for you while you’re at dinner. Golf course was super fun and beautiful.

家族旅行で利用させて頂きました。スタッフの方の対応がとても丁寧で、掃除も行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。 大浴場は外に露天風呂があり、星を眺めながらゆっくり旅の疲れを癒すことができました。 また箱根に行くことがあったら、ぜひ利用したいです。 こちらの確認が足りずご迷惑をおかけしてしまいましたが、柔軟に対応して下さり、とても助かりました。 ありがとうございました！

広い和室の部屋と落ち着いた雰囲気の施設内にとても満足です。夕食の会席料理も大変美味しかったです。たくさんおかわりさせて頂きました。

The hotel is beautiful. Eat ahead of time or else dinner at hotel was about $100 per person and need reservations. However, restaurants in area closed early around 5pm. We ate before arriving at hotel and got to use the onsens privately while others were having dinner. You have to call them for a free 5 minute shuttle from bus stop to hotel. It would be near impossible to walk it and it’s pitch black at night with no lights. Breakfast was delicious, beautiful and filling. Beds were comfortable. Room for family of 4 was very spacious. We were happy to spend some family time in the room. Bring snacks and a deck of cards to enjoy in sitting area. Free shuttle to train station where we took bullet train to our next stop.

Beautiful facility and grounds, traditional interior design and outdoor onsen make for a very special setting.

I am glad I choose this hotel, it made us feel so pampered ! the room are great,we loved the Japanese traditional style room,that is one reason I picked this hotel. the area is a bit remote but with shuttler service that hotel provide, it work out very well. the Onsen was two thumb up,my and my two daughter enjoy the serenity every night,felt relaxed and rejuvenated.wish we can stay there forever. all the staff are very friendly and helpful I also really apricated their pronto attitude and the efficient manner,you asked an extra towel,in a second their are right at your door. I added the breakfast in our stay and it was a really nice experience too! we will stay there again when we go back to Hakone

ホテルのアクセスが悪い。芦之湯まで無料送迎バスは出していただけるが、芦ノ湖や箱根湯本は送迎がなかった。プリンス芦ノ湖からは1日1本送迎を出しているようだが、PDF内に1日1本との記載はなかったために勘違いをしてしまい、結局タクシーに頼った。夕食は11000円のお料理しかなく、しかし他の選択肢はなし。最寄りのレストランやカフェは徒歩とバスで30分ほどだった。コンビニもなし。客室に関しては、電気のスイッチや各所の扉に古さを感じるものの、お部屋自体はきれいだった。露天風呂1つが温泉で、男女の湯の交換はなし。スタッフさんも皆様親切だった。ラウンジがあり、コーヒーやアイスが無料だった。全体的にお客さんの人数が少なかったため、温泉が混み合うことがなくて良かった。

リニューアルしたてで、特に美しかったです。

遅い時間のチェックインでも、丁寧に対応していただきありがとうございます♪おへやも 温泉も素晴らしい！ 小田原駅までもシャトルバスがあり、とても便利だと思います。また利用したいです。
