I am very satisfied with the service I received during my stay (12-13 July 2017). The only hotel so far who replied to me when I made special request during booking with Traveloka. Thumbs up for their costumer service. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a very nice gentleman at the reception counter. He offered us drink and get us Amsterdam map which he then advised the places we should go and the transportation etc. Then he brought our 2 huge luggage up to our rooms on the 4th floor. (Yes, the only downside of this hotel is that they only have stairs. no lift. so for those who has difficulty in climbing stairs, I think you should reconsider.) The next morning. we met the same staff. He showed us Halal menu on the breakfast. (We are Muslim and I'm so touched by that). Plus, tram is just in front of the hotel and they provide 24 hours coffee and tea at the counter. Our room is slightly small, but everything is good. Suitable for 2 persons. A happy customer.
