Great service and friendly people.

Nice clean room

When I got there the toilet flushed but did not fill back up with water and we got lost trying to get there. The worst thing above all that was that the water pressure was abysmal.

The gated parking area.

Todo estuvo excelente, la atencion en recepcion, la limpieza de la habitacion y el hotel muy buena, definitivamente me volveria a hospedar ahi.

It was great from check in to check out! Staff was friendly and attentive! Great location from where we needed to be! Locked gates at night gave me price of mind bout my vehicle! Will definitely book again!!

It was a 30 minute drive to all the attractions we planned on visiting while in Houston. Clean room, great breakfast, and nice staff.

Really good rate, kind and staff was kind during check-in and check out, really good breakfast and a clean room. The hallway on the third floor, however, smelled like dog diarrhea. I informed the staff but not sure if the staff did anything after we left to resolve this issue.

Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable rooms. Front desk was very nice. Had a minir problem with maid service and management handled it perfectly.

Seems a little outdated in the rooms. I’ve stayed there before but it’s been awhile.

The room smelled, asked for blankets was told no by one staff then another said we had to tell housekeeping when we saw them. No complimentary tooth brushes and paste. Asked for laundry plastic bags they didn’t give us that either. The iron was broken and didn’t work. No shampoo and limited body wash.We also asked for clean towels the front desk couldn’t give us any and we had to wait on housekeeping to ask for more. I was one too many no’s for the price of a night.

Receptionist wouldn’t give me the room keys after I have checked in online.

The manager was rude

Pillow had a very nasty looking stain on it and i got double charged. I would stay again if it wasnt for that
