Solid stay nothing to complain about.

When we arrived, there was no electricity so we couldn’t check in until after about 3 hours. Room was average. Breakfast and customer service was the best part.

One of the ladies was very rude and the room itself was very dirty and it definitely wasn’t worth the money

Lots of roaches were in the room and in the hallways. The shower in the room didn’t drain well also

The first floor smelt like smoke which I know they have smoking rooms. But it puts a bad taste in someone mouth who doesn’t smoke or who la checking in for a long time. Plus we eat breakfast down there. Lady couldn’t find my reservation after 15 she found it. Overall good stay

Hotel it self was nice it was clean and quiet The mattress was a little hard and the sink had no water pressure shower was fine. I’d stay again.

Me cobraron una noche de hospedaje a sabiendas que habia cancelado. Llegue a la propiedad para el reclamo y nadien pudo darme respuestas. Muy mal servicio al cliente, nadien sabe nada, te mandan a hablar a un numero 800 sin respuestas. Perdi 170 dlls por la ineficiencia de esta propiedad.

Nice folks but I found 2 small bugs in my bed. Not sure if it was bed buds otherwise room was clean and comfortable

Airport shuttle

The property was great, however, we didn't know about the hidden things or the $55 a day per valet parking and only $50 a day if you're not going to move your car from the parking garage

Unpleasant odor, stained furniture and carpet, dead bird by the pool, and My Daughter and I got respiratory infections. Terrible experience.

Everything was great: clean, good-sized, and the staff was friendly. Price was great too! Recommend!
