조용하고 편안해서 잠을 편히잤음

베네치아역에서 가깝고, 큰 운하(Canal Grande)를 접하고 있어 아름다운 풍광을 보여줍니다. 투숙했던 방에서 5창문을 통해 보이던 베네치아 전경은 오래도록 기억 될 것입니다. 실내의 고풍스런 가구, 집기, 시설들이 옛날로 돌아간 듯 한 기분을 느끼게 해줍니다. 아침 조식의 크로와상과 커피는 상당히 좋았습니다. 직원들과 매니저는 매우 다정다감하고 친절하여, 마치 오랜만에 부모님 집에 놀러온 것 같은 기분을 들게 할 정도 입니다. 미리 주변 설명 및 먼저 필요한 부분을 물어보고 챙겨주는 배려가 정말 따뜻했습니다. 금요일부터 주말까지 혼잡한 기간임에도 맛있는 레스토랑을 직접 전화로 예약해주어서 모든 저녁이 훌륭한 기억으로 남았습니다. 숙박비가 다른 호텔보다 부담스러울 수 있지만, 골목 끝 운하를 접하고 있는 까닭에 조용하고 아무때나 숙소 앞 카페테라스에서 여유롭게 베네치아를 느낄 수 있기에 후회하지 않을 것입니다. 이번이 두번째 베네치아 여행이었는데, 처음보다 더 큰 감동과 포근함을 얻고 갑니다. 다시 또 온다면 이 곳에 머물고 싶습니다. 가족, 연인, 커플 여행객에게 더욱 추천합니다.

It was nice place but there are mosquitoes in the room.

룸타잎 좋은걸 했더니 사진과 동일하고 메인동으로 갔어요 직원 친절하고 조식 맛났구요 유일한 단점은 바토레토 내려도 호텔 가려면 좀 둘러서 가야 한다는 정도!? 창문 열면 바로 보이는 커넬뷰는 정말 멋졌으나!

전반적으로 좋았습니다. 다만 방 밖에서 음악을 연주나 층간 소음으로 불편한 점이 있습니다. 호텔의 위치는 굉장히 훌륭합니다.

호텔 직원분들이 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 저희 방이 별관에 위치하여 있었는데 방까지 짐을 들어주셨구여, 매우 유쾌하셨습니다. 가는 길을 조금만 익힌다면 위치도 역과 가까워 괜찮습니다. 조식은 본관에 마련되어 있는데, 기본적인 것들은 다 갖추어져 있고, 디저트인지 단 빵의 종류가 많았습니다. 화장실과 샤워실은 넓고 쾌적했으며 침대 역시 깨끗하였습니다. 베네치아 본섬에 위치한 호텔들이 대개 조금 낡고 오래된 느낌들이 있다고 들었었는데 여기는 분위기만 고풍스러울 뿐이지 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔인 듯합니다.

너무너무 좋았어요! 앤틱한 느낌, 친절함 등 최고였습니다. 물론 가격대가 높긴하지만 베네치아 자체가 비싸다보니 수긍할만합니다^^

직원들의 서비스와 환대가 너무 따뜻했습니다. 조식도 너무 맛있었고, 조식식당 바로 앞에 보이는 커널뷰가 너무 아름다웠습니다. 호텔 카날그란데에서의 경험은 환상속 도시의 따뜻한 집이 생긴 기분이었습니다. 베니스에 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 이곳에 머물예정입니다.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond and we will be happy to return in the future.

Warning, keep all valuables with you. Don't leave them in the room. Front desk person is sketchy at best. Venice Italy is a den of thieves.

Our room was very attractive and functional. Staff was friendly and breakfast had a very good selection. Location close to the train station was great.

From beginning to end, everything was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the staff was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We were greated with champagne bottle and drinks for our 2 girls. Our canal view suite was truly the highlight of our trip. The decor, the atmosphere, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Everything was spotless, and honestly it was the only hotel during our travels where we were able to fully relax and sleep peacefully. The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast. It would be nice to have a few more options. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Overall, 10/10 experience and we would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient to have everything in the area for a visit to the beach and shopping

We have stayed here many times, and will continue to return. Everything was wonderful.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was very clean and very small. Just note that the bed is made up of two single mattresses that separate through the night! You and your honey end up being on two separate islands!

Lovely hotel right on grand canal across from the train station. Amazing breakfast, meticulously clean, deep tub, delightful staff. Highly recommend. If I ever get back there, we will stay here again!
