I have no complains at all. Since the momment I arrived everything was smooth, people in charge was super nice and helpful, the place was very nice, the room was way nicer than I expected, the bathroom was big beautiful and clean, the pool was not that big, but it was cool since it wasn't crowded, the location of the hotel is very nice, near to everything. I'll definetly stay again if needed.

My stay started on the wrong foot when they made me wait 2 plus hours for my room. Then, they placed me in a room directly in front of on-going construction. So, I had to wait again, which further aggravated me. However, the staff did make it up to me with a room upgrade and breakfast. From there on things were great! The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The location was fantastic! Close to everything i.e. restaurants, casinos, attractions, etc. Thank you Le Meridien staff! I had a great stay and will be coming back!

This is a good smaller hotel to stay at. I would stay again in it. The dinning area was enjoyable and the food really good. The amenities were nice. I used the pool and gym and they clean and well maintained. My room very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only concern was the ac in the room was broken and it took a long time to fix. They should have given me a credit for the inconvenience; but overall the facilities are very enjoyable.

We didn’t have hot water for the first two nights. Breakfast was supposed to be included - it got straightened out but it was a bit of a mess. AC never worked despite having asked the front desk 3 times over two days to look into it. Toilet clogged on the 6th day. Overall just not ideal.

The first room had a mildew smell. Had a loud dehumidifier going to dry it. No rooms available to switch me until two days left in my stay. The second room the tv was fuzzy.

Hotel is in a great location for site seeing, very accessible to the airport. The rooms were clean and in relatively good condition. My only complaint was that the service was inconsistent.

We booked this hotel last minute due to a 5 day flight delay by WestJet and the Westin Player Bonita not being able to accommodate the related last minute date changes. We did not have a great view in Le Meridian as construction was in progress however the manager Ruth and front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. The delightful old town was worth a daily uber ride to and while the city centre is very busy the restaurants were good (Gaucho and Les Mecs our favourites and only a 2 min walk away). The hotel had a great view of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve from the roof top. It was very hot and had hoped to sit by pool during some days but the pool is very small and never any loungers available. We could not find the gym so did not use this time. The restaurant had some nice local dishes and cocktails looked good. Staff great and felt safe.

The only issue is the check in time, we arrived from a long fly and they made us wait 1 hour and half to do it although the check in time is a 3pm we waited until almost 5 pm and a lot of guests were in the same situation.

The room was nice and spacious. On the 3rd floor. It smelled a litlle musty but for the rest it was OK. It was my 2nd time booking in this hotel and I enjoyed it. The checkin was ok.
